We had a well water filter that was leaking. Another contractor kept promising to come out but never showed up. Wet Spot folks did a great job. Came out for the estimate when promised, explained the estimate in detail, returned a few days later when they said, and did the work very professionally and exactly as promised. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Woke up this morning without any water for coffee. After checking the filter and the breaker and not having any luck, I called Wet Spot Plumbing. Rebecca, the office Goddess, was professional and responsive. She told me that Wayne would be by at 1:30 today! At 1:30 on the dot, Wayne arrived, checked the pressure tank, and diagnosed the well pump needed to be replaced (the well pump was over 20 years old!). Within 3 hours, everything was fixed and water was again flowing! Thank you, Wet Spot Plumbing! You are my go-to for any plumbing issues!

We used Wet Spot plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and they were terrific. We moved the tubs and showers around and got new countertops and sinks and they did all the plumbing work. When our hot water heater started leaking they came out and looked at the problem and then replaced both water heaters and a compression tank all in the same day.

We needed help with three small plumbing issues before they became LARGE plumbing issues. Water was dripping under the kitchen sink, one outdoor faucet would not turn on and the other would not turn off. Within a week of my call, two gentlemen showed up exactly as scheduled (after also sending a text that they were on the way). They sized up the three problems, talked me through them, and got right to work even though it was raining heavily outdoors. They had the right parts with them in the truck, so there was no delay going to town to pick up something. They both worked through lunch and did not stop until everything was perfect. Let's see: on-time, responsive, knowledgeable, polite, patient, prepared. . . Yep, that's five stars.

By recommendation from a friend, I contacted Wet Spot Plumbing for a septic system emergency at my Lake Anna home. Jeff responded with incredible speed and began work immediately upon arrival. After digging very deep into the ground and trouble-shooting the problem of old deteriorating pipes, Jeff and crew commenced repairs. They corrected errors in the septic system that were made during the original installation and replaced the broken pipes. They also replaced a worn out underrated septic-pump and float-switches. They thoroughly test all components in the system before completing the work. I was very impressed with Jeff and his team. They were quick to respond. Very polite. Explained everything along the way, and completed all work in a timely and cost efficient manner. I will definately recommend Wet Spot Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Update: The owner rushing to Yelp to respond, yet couldn't be bothered to call me back speaks volumes about their customer service.

I called Wet Spot Plumbing the evening our water heater busted and Jeff was really friendly over the phone. He and his crew were there the very next day and got everything taken care of and even gave us advice for maintaining it and hooked up an external drain to make it easier for us to drain. What I thought was going to be a stressful, expensive, and possibly drawn out situation wound up being taken care of quickly, at a good price, and he was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I just want to give Jeff a really good review as he came to our business today and really helped us out. He snaked our drain only to find out after a lot of diagnostics (very thorough by the way and very careful with our building which is a 1924 model) that the drain is probably having a sediment issue but he said that we needed to have them power flushed which he can't do so he even sat there and waited for me to call another Plumbing company that has the equipment and he explained all the issue to them . Great guy, great service, really thank him so much for trying so hard for us today. We have been suffering a lot with this as we try to get our new store opened.. Thank you Jeff. Jeff was also extremely reasonably priced, and super concerned that if it did not turn out to be what he said he wanted to know. Going forward, our new plumber!

Jeff did an excellent job, on time and very professional. I have a low yield well, if the family is not careful with the house water usage, we are without water for the next 3 hours until the well recharges. Jeff and his crew installed a new water pressure tank with a new tee, new house filters, and our Well Watcher system that will provide a constant 210 gallons of water instead of our current 50. Jeff and company installed the unit in our crawl space where we had to remove part of the door and piping to get it inside. He and Carlos did an outstanding job being careful with the big and bulky unit then placing it into a tight space. The system he installed should provide our home with an adequate water supply for a price much less than digging a new well. Jeff provided excellent materials, and his work was meticulous and outstanding and his fee was fair. No I'm not related and this is the first time I ever met him.
