If I could give more stars I would ! WOW! Joshua was quick to respond and come out. The contractor I used (days before) to replace a water line messed up the plumbing connections under the house. Also I had old toxic pipes from decades ago that were a problem. Joshua was very thorough and took pictures of the problems. I was impressed with his 'can do ' attitude, great personality, very high knowledge, and vast experience. The job (fairly priced) was completed with high level expertise (thanks Joshua !) Joshua is very high skill, cooperative to work with, and priced competitively. I am absolutely 'knocked out' at the whole experience. Everything was simply perfect ! Very very impressed !

I don't give 5-star ratings. I was in the military for many years. So I am adverse to grade inflation. Still, Westview gets my highest rating. Polite, professional, proficient. Everything you want when having a plumbing issue. When the issue first arose, and I reached out, they responded almost immediately. When an issue arise with the first repair, again, they responded immediately. The techs, Dalton and Noah, friendly, neat, efficient. While I hope not to have plumbing problems again anytime soon, this is the first company I'll call if I do. In the Navy, when someone does an outstanding job, they are given a BZ (message flags for Bravo Zulu). These folks get a BZ from me.

We got an estimate with them. It took over 3 weeks for them to finish it due to someone being sick. They said they were going to include code violations to provide to our insurance company and someone who said they were the new owner called me and talked on the phone with me for over an hour about this. He said they were going to have to charge us $50 to write up a report for our insurance. We said this was fine. However, 3 weeks went by and we never received this report and we finally received only a basic estimate. However, in the meantime we got a second estimate with Paris Plumbing and their estimate was less than half the price as Westview Plumbing. I believe Westview was over $30k and Paris quoted us less than $15k for the same job. Paris also got our estimate back in less than a week. Highly recommend price comparing before working with Westview. We're not sure if they overbid because our house is old and they didn't want the job or what.
