I have been having a serious drainage and backing up issue for the past few weeks in my backhouse where some tenants live. After some DIY attempts to fix it and no success, I went ahead and requested a quote right here on yelp. Edwin was quick to respond and easy to talk to about the problem. He and his team then came over to assess the situation, and figured out that the main sewage line has some bad blockage. He gave me a fair price for the Hydrojet and camera service (which i opted for over just snaking to ensure the clearing of the line). They got the job done within about an hour and the line was cleared up! Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

My main sewer line was backing up so I decided to call west side plumbing & rooter on Memorial Day weekend. They arrived at time they said they would. There was a big mess in my house unfortunately there was a broken pipe. Edwin came with a plan he walked me threw the whole process step by step.
