Had Orlando come check out a tankless water heater. Luckily it was still under Manufacture warranty. Orlando didn't want to drive to go get the tankless water heater In Sacramento in his Company vehicle. Had me drive my personal vehicle while he sat in the passenger seat for a total drive time of 3 hrs . He did maybe an hour worth a work and still charged me a full day of work after I spent gas money to get the equipment. At the end of the service he hit my vehicle when he was backing up . Reached out to him never but never responded . Won't do business again
