Orlando has come out a few times to install a water heater, and install a garage disposal.

In a day and age where private equity is ruining a lot of once great Plumbing companies, Orlando is simply a Plumber and his Van. Simple and honest. He is quick to respond and his prices are fair.

Very inconsiderate as a person. I asked him to drive slower on our property as we have dogs that he almost hit, and his response was ""I have dogs too, they can move"".

Not someone you want near your home. He's not even working for me, he's working for my landlord, and it has caused a lot of problems. Drive your truck slower and be more considerate to the people you're around. Some peoples dogs are their kids, and coming onto property driving very fast is so dangerous.

I arranged for a garbage disposal installation through Lowes. Orlando arrived to do the work and assessed the items I had purchased. A few things I didn't need as he was able to reuse existing materials. This saved me some money as I can now return them. He installed the disposal and then we agreed to snake the drain, at an additional cost, since water was draining slower than it should. Now, the wife and I have piece of mind with a new disposal and a cleared drain. Great job!
