I can't say enough good things about this establishment. December 2016 we discovered a leak under our house that the previous owners had not capped correctly. We went through home insurance, they sent someone out a week later (meanwhile we still have a leak). When the plumber got here, he assessed the leak,said he couldn't access it and we would have to go through a restoration company to access the pipe because the ground was wet, that the process would be expensive. All in all, he was here 15 mins and gone. I thought we would have to cancel Christmas. We called Keith because we had used him before and we knew he was reliable. We would deal with the insurance company later as the leak was our main concern. Keith sent out Matt a few days later. Matt showed up on time, assessed the leak, CALLED ANOTHER PERSON to guide him while he crawled under my house to cap the leak, and the repair wasn't too expensive and we got some money back by filing a claim with the insurance. A month later, after coming back from vacation, I turned on the water in my bathroom, only to hear a loud gushing sound. We looked under the house and sure enough, water everywhere! The seal had come off again and now the water was gushing. We turned off the water, and called Keith panicking. THE VERY NEXT morning, Keith and Matt both showed up. Matt got under the house, Keith guided him through the process of fixing the leak and they did not charge us for the repair. I love these guys. I love that they were respectful of my home, my time and my wallet. They are professional, kind hearted, family oriented and local. They are on speed dial. Also, I see their trucks a lot when I am around town running errands! That makes me happy because I know I paid for the best!

We had a huge sewage backup into our house and didn't know it was backing up to the back of the house that isn't used much anymore. We couldn't find the block and After several attempts of snaking, the blockage was still there.
Through our son in law, he suggested Westphal Plumbing to come snake the entire house; called on Sunday and on Monday we were told some one would be here at 1pm.... And sure enough some one was here.....
The guys were polite, and explained exactly what happened and what they were doing. Even tho the back room and bathroom will probably need to be torn out, they were clean and neat....in a bad situation.....they will be our number 1 plumbing company whenever the need arises.... And by the size and amount of roots that came out, we'll definitely need them again!
Thank you Westphal for unblocking the pipes, after a week of using the Shop Vac EVERY TIME we showered or did a load of laundry....... Water water everywhere!

I called Westphal after having another plumber out to 'fix' a sewer pipe problem. These guys were amazing, and they know their plumbing inside and out. They diagnosed my problem (it wasn't easy), explained what was wrong, and fixed it quickly. They also took time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Ask for Matthew if you want a first-rate, friendly guy with great communication skills. These guys can solve a mystery and fix the root of your problem, not just apply a band-aid solution.

Great service!!! Had called Keith to fix my sewer line, he schedules me right in and got the job done it no time! I had various quotes from other people but he by far beat them and I felt he took care of me. Defiantly the guy to go too!

Very happy with Westphal Plumbing and Rooter! My kitchen faucet broke and was flooding my kitchen late in the evening. My husband manage to wrangle it to stop and we called Keith to see if someone cane come out ASAP to install a new faucet for us. Keith was very responsive. We had an appointment scheduled for the following morning and and Keith even recommend d a brand of faucet for us that he believes would service the longest and we'd be the happiest with. The next day Matt was at our house 10 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment time. He was very quick and efficient and in under 30 minutes with had our new beautiful faucet all ready to go!.
I am definitely a very happy customer!

Superior service! Fixed our water heater issue in less than an hour and for hundreds less than another local plumbing company quoted. The other company said we may have possibly needed a new water heater if the new part didn't work, so really, it saved us even more than that. The owner Keith is a great guy as well!

I have used Westphal Plumbing for various projects at two different houses. I have found their team to be very knowledgable, provide fair pricing, and provide great work. I would highly recommend. Another thing...I can always get on their calendar quickly which is a huge thing because I am normally not calling a plumber for something that can wait.

Great service and great value! Scheduling was easy and they arrived when they said they would. This company has ""old time"" values which is a breath of fresh air. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians. They are definitely my ""go to"" plumbers for future issues....should I have any. I would recommend them over all other plumbers in the area. I just have to say that they are great. I was having problems with my water heater, they came out promptly and did all they could to fix the problem. Unfortunately the problem was out of their hands, but still they were very helpful and didn't charge me for coming out to fix it. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!
