Our air conditioner tripped off line during a monsoon lighting storm, called Korey from western states, he arrived and got the air conditioner back up and blowing cold air.

Stay clear of this a/c company, as they make it a point to target elderly people that are in the worst situations during the deadly Arizona heat! They install mismatched generic branded components that are anything but efficient, they refuse to return phone calls & emails, and they have no idea what ""elite customer service"" means! Never again Western, and I believe you realized that we were the wrong customers to try to pull your criminal fraud on! Good riddance to you....

So yes, the first guy they sent out messed up and misdiagnosed the problem, but that said they did fix it. That afternoon, they did have Johnathan come out and diagnose the problem correctly. By the next day, ac was working like new. Anyone one can make mistakes. A part of customer service is making things right again. Great job!

My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air last night at 8pm. I called several companies that claimed 24-hour service or emergency service and the only positive response I received was from Western States. Joe was at my house less than one hour later. Before 11pm I had cold air. I really appreciate, on a very hot night, that Joe from Western States is willing to go the extra mile and work when other techs are at home in their air conditioning. Thanks, Joe, for giving me a very ""cool"" evening.

Bi-annual maintenance service was done today. Kenneth has been here before. Great guy, personable, and knowledgeable - he's been with this company over a decade. That says a lot about the company. This company installed the AC unit a few months before I purchased my home 4 1/2 years ago and they've been servicing my unit since then. Fortunately my unit is running well and I hope it continues to do so!

Joe was fantastic! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every thing to me and made sure I understood what was what. I bought a service agreement even though I already had one with a different company. I believed they were ripping me off which is why I called Western States. I wanted to see if they told me I needed what the other company said I did. I did not tell Western that I had my AC serviced 2 weeks earlier. Turns out I was right! I would recommend Western States to anyone.

Called this company from info on SRP website to come investigated a sewer smell coming from both our air conditioners. We had our vents cleaned and one unit installed recently, so we we were able to eliminate some possible sources ourselves. When we called Western Stars they said they would send someone to help us find the source of the smell for no cost. When the rep from the company came he asked us a few question and then proceeded to try and sell us an Aero seal process and air scrubber for two units at a cost of $11,000.00. The rep did not go up on the roof, look in the attic or attempt in any physical way to find the source of the bad smell. Long story short, my husband ended up finding the problem and we called another company who came out and fixed it for free. VERY disappointed with the service from Western states!
