Great to work with. I had my crawlspace sprayfoamed because I had no insulation under the house.
They came out and did not try to over sell me. I actually requested more, since more is better, but they talked me out of it and explained how I was wasting my money.
The tech's worked really hard. They put down plastic to protect the house and were careful with everything. They cleaned up well afterwards.
The procedure is really messy as they are spraying a foam. It is all over my vapor barrier which was disappointing but there is just no way around it. Leave all the windows open and the furnace fan running while spraying, then leave and go away. The product has a chemical smell when being applied but after the product hardens, which is a few minutes, the smell is gone and you will be left with what lingers. It does not continue to off gas.
The product is expensive but is better than the (future asbestos) fiberglass product. It has also stopped all the ants we had coming into the house.
The trailer has a large generator in it but it does not spew nasty exhaust all over like other reviews have stated. It is relatively quiet for such a large generator. The trailer is not that tall either, a little taller than a pickup as it is a standard enclosed trailer. The other review on here about the trailer is extremely exagerated. The people were awesome to work with so I brought them pizza for lunch.
It was worth it if you can afford it. The product is soy based.

I had a great experience working with Western Spray Foam & Plumbing! Brian gave me a quote for insulating my kitchen walls and attic space that was very reasonable, and the crew (Jason and Nick) were able to come out just two days later to do the job. Jason thoroughly explained the process and the product to me before beginning the work, and everything was swept up and clean when they left. Cori in the office was also very helpful and professional in scheduling and billing.

I have hired Western Spray Foam & Plumbing a total of three times for both spray foam and plumbing projects. They have excellent service and perform high quality work. Their employees are clean cut, polite, respectful, and excited about their work.

The spray foam crew has installed foam in the crawlspace and attic of my existing house and in the exterior walls of a recently completed addition. I found them to be competent and skillful in reaching the small cavities, voids, and complex conditions to install a uniform and continuous thermal barrier. They even took the time after completing the work to walk the job site and touch up the areas I thought needed extra attention. I am a rather particular person, especially with hiring work done on my home. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of which they left my home. This is not your typical dirty contractor.

The plumbing guys had the very same go-to friendly attitude, and got the job done in a timely manner. They installed plumbing for two new bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs and showers) and tied it all back into the existing water and sewer lines. They were professional and you could see it in the organization of the pipe layout. What I found to be their best quality is their desire to get the job done correctly and to my high standards. During the project we did have a couple of unforeseen problems arise and they took all the necessary steps to ensure my satisfaction without resistance, question or confrontation. This is a respectable trait that most contractors in the industry do not understand.

I hired Western Spray foam to insulate my attic and crawl spaces.
Craig and Jason came by on Wednesday to do a preview the day prior to installation. The installation itself was on Thursday October 23rd, 2014.

Jason and Jose took great care covering my carpets with plastic runners, and creating a plastic surround upstairs so any blow-off couldn't migrate downstairs.
They did an excellent job of backing their truck up my long driveway with no damage to bushes, or my rock garden.

I worked in my basement while the truck and compressor ran from 9 until 3pm.
The noise was minimal and non-existent if I had the TV or radio on.

I now have the coziest and quietest house.
It's like that softening of sound after a snowfall and a car drives by.

My house has had a rat and rodent problem to battle, which came to a head when it was discovered that they had pulled out the insulation in my attic. This all had to be removed. They had been entering through the crawl space under the house, where they had dug holes through the dirt. This was totally disgusting.

The exterminator technician recommended Western Spray Foam. I called immediately, and the assessor adjusted his schedule to give me a bid that day. He took pictures and explained how the closed cell spay foam hardens like cement, deterring any further rat and rodent activity, also suggesting the rat hole could be filled up. The estimate arrived the very next day.

I joined Angie's List to see if there were any reviews. What I read confirmed that I need to look no further. What I experienced was spot on in accuracy. When the crew arrived, all gears were in sync. There was a huge bonus to start with, as the plumber unplugged my claw foot bath tub, which only had a trickle of hot water, with no extra charge. Wow, what a blessing!

The team was going to begin with the attic and here was where the huge glitch in the one day-get it all done-plan. The previous work of removing the old insulation was not at all complete. It should have been vacuumed out. After many calls and much run-around from those people to get them to come and finish their job, it was clear there had to be another way to forge ahead. The Western Spray Team went into action and took care of it, generously adding a minimal amount to my bill. All work was completed the next morning, an absolutely superb job, and the clean up complete.

Every single member of this team has been professional and a delight to work with. What a relief to have this huge and extremely important job completed. My house is now well-insulated, top to bottom and sealed up from further invasion of unwanted critters. I would call Western Foam again with full confidence recommend their service, 100%.

I was very pleased with my experience with Western Spray Foam. I have worked with other companies that provide similar services. Western uses environmentally friendly products and doesn't leave a mess. I look forward to working with them in the future.

My neighbor was using this company. I came home to find their huge truck parked in front of my house spewing exhaust and making noise. The exhaust was going into my living room window. The truck was running to spray the foam. The foam had not even been delivered yet, but the thing was running nonstop. I asked them to move it in front of the house being serviced and the guy was rude and crude. Someone from the office came out and told me basically they were in the right of way, because they did not want to take the time to move the contraption. When they finally decided to move it(after much arguing on my part)...the driver knocked off limbs from my other neighbor's tree. We could hear them breaking. I stood in front of the tree the trailer was next to in my yard. The limbs were bent and ready to break. I refused to move so the guy would not break my tree also. They continued to act in a rude and juvenile manner, making smart remarks. I told them I would stand there all day, and they needed to figure it out...Yeah...they did. And did exactly what they should have to begin with, which is park the trailer spewing noise and fumes in front of the house they were servicing. They have been out there now for seven hours spewing exhaust....and they have the gall to advertise as a GREEN company. NOT. I would not suggest using this company if their attitudes represent how they do their work..Bunch of yahoos.
