Leaving town tomorrow and found water leaking from my boiler last night. Called and they came this morning.
Out of the two guys that came, I dealt with Flaco Z. He was not hesitant to answer all my questions (meaning well knowledge in what he does). Anyhow,
Both quality people.
To start, they had to dolly up a big boiler 3 stories. Lol Yes...I paid for steps. But I think that's pretty normal practice.
In a few hours, they had installed a new boiler.
They worked very hard and was very respectable to me (the customer).
Now, I can have peace of mind traveling tomorrow and have a dang hot shower/bath since yesterday. WOOT!!

Western Rooter is quite good. I think their prices are fair overall-we've used them a number of times. This time my garbage disposal was leaking and Alberto came out. He's friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing to me, asked for permission to make a small cut in the wall under our sink, replaced a piece of the p-trap where our existing piece had a chip in the threaded part. The price was totally fine and he cleaned everything up when he was done!

We just moved to the area needed a reliable plumber. Our first problem is with our toilet. We called, they probably showed up and did not overcharge us. I had to call again last week about my sink. Pablo me 30 minutes advance to let me know they were coming. Very helpful. Pablo the plumber/technician was very upfront about what he was doing. He helped me understand what the issues were ans was upfront about the work that needed to be done. My sink was fixed in less than an hour. Our water heater flooded on a Saturday night and I contacted Western Rooter immediately that night at 11pm and got an appointment for next thing on Sunday morning. Richie came out, helped drain the heater so it could be replaced on Monday. He arrived on time, with all the parts necessary and was done in a timely fashion. He was a good communicator, he listened to my concerns and addressed everything. We were back to hot water in no time. I highly recommend Western Rooter.

Western Rooter is fantastic from the immediate phone call answered by a human with a cheerful helpful disposition! Immediately set me up for service that day! I didn't have to wait for days to receive service. The technician communicated several times with me for updates, findings, solutions. Excellent service right down to the business office to assist with billing. I can't speak highly enough! A true 10!!!
