My friend recommended this company when I needed to partially remodel my old bathroom.
I also called around but they gave me the best quote so I decided to try them.

The gentlemen that worked in my house was very nice and efficient. He showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned everything after he finished.

Since I have an old house in San Francisco, I had many repairs in the past. Out of all plumbing companies and handyman I dealt with in the past- these are the guys I can trust the most

Horrible company, worst customer service ever!

These guys were recommended by the HOA but if i had known how horrible they would be I would have went with someone else. The HOA REQUIRED us to check our hoses for washer dryer so they came in and replaced the hoses.

After a couple washes, we noticed that the water was hot when it should have been cold and cold when it should have been hot. We had a clogged drain so we decided to give them a call so they could fix the clog and check out the washer. Turns out their unprofessional helpers (prob immigrant labor workers) switched the hot and cold lines. However, he couldn't switch it back because his mexican helpers weren't there (lazy).
As for the clog, he used a plunger, did two minute of actual work and charged me $150?! Seriously? A lot of plumbers would have charged $50 at most, if not for free (especially for messing up the washer). This is not to mention he was an hour late, gave no courtesy call and now had to reschedule to come back to fix the washer lines.

So we scheduled for them to come back to fix it later on in the week. I took work off to meet them back at the apartment and they were a no-show. No courtesy call, barely apologetic. His excuse: ""I completely forgot."" Must i say, very unprofessional.

Another week later, i schedule for 9am since that is their only time. Thus, requiring me to take more time off work to fit THEIR schedule. They show up an hour late. The helpers (not even the owner/plumber) couldn't figure out what was wrong until they had to call the plumber to ask. Lack of communication and waste of time. They finally do the work and i'm glad to send them on their way.

I will never be using them again and will be discussing this with HOA management to not recommend them either.

These guys used to be good, but they have left me high and dry in my remodel. I had not one, but TWO shower leaks after they installed new plumbing. They had to rip apart the newly tiled shower wall twice.

They agreed to complete work in my condo a number of times, but consistently failed to show. I thought in this economy service would improve, but not with these guys. They really don't seem to care.

Buyer beware!
