They came fully prepared to check my sewer line and discovered some pipe breakage from invasive tree roots. Mark, George and Omar explained the issues and show me video to make an informed decision.

Our neighbor highly recommended Western Rooter & Plumbing, which she has been relying on for over ten years. She calls them yearly for preventive service to monitor and sometimes eliminate invasive roots from her aging sewer line. So we gave them a call and they came out to run a camera through our line at a very reasonable cost. The previous owner of our house had some work done by another company last year, and according to the Western Rooter & Plumbing representative's camera work, the line is looking good. I appreciate the honesty of the representative and the peace of mind his work has given us. We plan to have him return at least yearly for preventative observation, and for maintenance when needed.

Western Rooter cleared out our mainline and alerted us to a potential issue that we would have to address, 2 major cracks at joints in the clay pipe mainline sewer. We hoped we could limp along for a little while longer and plan a major repair. Murphy's Law Hit hard. 2 nights before departing for a Family trip to Texas those joints failed and it seemed like the line was completely blocked off. We got the options of fixing two spots or replacing the line in full via PIPE-BURST procedure. While we were not wanting to drop the $1,000s of dollars this required, if just made sense and due to the excellent service Western Rooter provided on an old kitchen line replacement in March, it was a no-brainer to have them do the job.
The crew arrived early, the day that we were departing and Arnold, Mark, Derek, Carlos and Albert worked diligently ALL DAY to get the job done. Even after the replacement was complete, our mainline out of the house was still blocked up somehow. Western Rooter did everything imaginable, climbed the roof and cleaned the Roof vents and in the end, our home had Black water plumbing once again.
One's expensive home turns into a tent REAL fast when plumbing and sewer issues pop up. Western Rooter is professional, reasonably priced and also did an amazing job cleaning up after they finished so that my Wife was at ease after knowing how much black water came back up into the bathtub and bathroom.
Thank you to all the crew - Arnold, Mark, Derek, Carlos and Albert. While it was not the expense we wanted at this time, we knew that it was being done right and going to be done once since Western Rooter was tackling the job.

Pablo, the tech came out and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the slow drain in no time!
