Needed a faucet and filtration system installed. They were out the next day despite this not even being a rush job. Earl called to let me know he was on his way - which I always appreciate. Very friendly, professional, great attention to detail and cleanliness. He also noticed the sink top wasn't caulked (my husband loves to leave things undone ;) and offered to caulk it for me. Then called again after he left to remind me not to touch the caulking until it dried and that the sink still should be fixed properly to the countertop. Great people and great company. Thanks Earl!

Loved that they showed up wearing mask. Good communication both with office and on site plumber, Dennis. There was a major delay, because of a broken part but when everything was on site Dennis was scheduled in a timely manner to finish the job. As a very senior citizen, I especially appreciated the respect and up-to-date information regarding scheduling and product information. I am so happy I found Western (they were referred to us by an electrician) and hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, will confidently call them again.

When you hire this company just ensure that you confirm the amount of time they actually worked as they charged us for 2.5 hours of work while they were actually here on location for just 1.5 hours. When we approached them about the discrepancy they told us they worked for actually 3 hours - fake information. I won't recommend them to my network because they cheated us and demanded more money than they actually deserved for 1.5 hours of work.

Kitchen sink drain pipe in our crawl space cracked and left us without a usable sink/dishwasher. Called Western Plumbing and they made it out the next morning to fix the issue quickly, despite us also dealing with rats in our crawl space, they were still willing to help. Thanks Western Plumbing!

We called, they came and fixed our plumbing sewage problem at a very fair price. Almost 80% less than previously quoted. Would recommend them, you betcha!

Hired Western Plumbing to re-install a sink and toilet after remodel. Within two hours I found the toilet was leaking from the tank onto a brand new Hardwood flooring. I called, they sent Rick back to correct Mark's work.

When I called about the pedestal sink leaking intermittently from the
P-trap...it was several hours before my call was returned. After two hours of waiting, I called another plumber who came right away...the sink had been re-installed incorrectly. He showed me. The pipe had not been tightened and the seal was down in the P-Trap. When the P-trap filled up when draining a sinkful of soapy water, the pipe backed up and 'splat' a huge puddle of water landed on the new hardwood floor (See photo).

Yesterday, I asked the company for my $365 to be refunded for the original cost to install; due to extremely poor workmanship and water leaking onto my new floors. Ted said he would get back to me today. I did not hear from Ted, and we had to call again because they failed to call us about the poor quality of work. Today, after calling Ted back, he said he would not refund any money because they didn't fix the pipe they installed incorrectly. (really?).

The plumber from eWorks, that fixed the sink, replaced the 26-year-old pipe to ensure a sealed P-Trap and made sure that the seal was in place and tightened the pipes. I paid $190.60 to fix the poor quality of work from Western Plumbing. They should at least refund the additional work needed to correct their mistakes.

I would never use this company again. We are in our seventies, and this is a burden for us.

We trusted them and they did a poor quality job and expect us to keep calling them back to fix their mistakes.

The mistakes are now corrected by eWorks, they care and do the job right the first time.

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing.

BEWARE!! This company charges $100 per hour (by 1/2 hour increments) for drive time to your site. for two visits the drive time was 30 minutes for one and 40 minutes for the second: cost $150. Total rip off. Not told of this practice when I called and talked to the owner of the company.

1925 duplex with mystery clog that flooded the ceilings intermittently. Over a two year period, five plumbers and a drain specialist took a crack at it, nada, all we got were the bills! The last plumber flooded the place and then called in a $14,000 water abatement specialist. Then God sent over Jason from Western and the dude is a freakin' GENIUS. He found and fixed the mystery clog and did it in a way that guarantees the clog will never happen again. So, I mentioned to him, ""Everyone says we can't reuse the vintage kitchen sinks because they can't be mounted again."" Jason isn't everyone, he gave me a knowing smile and remounted my beautiful sinks. So, I showed him where the very good but slightly overzealous tile guy had tiled in the shower pipes and the tile needed to be removed in order to get the new fixtures on and he gave me a knowing smile, and got the new fixtures on without cutting tile. I met a couple other guys from Western when they came to lend a hand, drop off a part, etc., and they were all gems, polite, neat, personable. The front office is super easy to work with. Western Plumbing & Service for me!!

They were the plumbing subcontractors for a house remodel that took three years, in large part because of their delays. This is a company that may have been excellent in its glory days, but it seems to be a situation where --- when it's top-notch professionals retired ---- the people who were left just didn't care. All I know is that when the job opened up, there was a great older guy who was terrific, but who retired almost right away. Then the work done on our project was a total disaster:

They failed two final inspections (for instance, never connecting hot water to showers) and would have failed a third if the inspector hadn't felt sorry and given us a chance to adjust on the spot... and even after passing us, we discovered:

Kitchen sink had never been connected to sewer but was allowed to pour out into crawl space. And the crawlspace was a mess . . . full of their install garbage (nails, broken unused plumbing pipes, lunch bags, etc.)

Plastic wrapper had never been removed from water filter during install. They just threw the still-wrapped filter in there and intentionally screwed the filter unit back on. Hilarious.

Tankless water heater elbow joint had never been crimped properly. A year later this plumbing component failed and exploded, filling the room with extremely hot water under pressure, flooding our lower floor.

Drain running uphill. Drain cracked at the wall. All of this documented by a forensic investigator.

I feel like my house is booby trapped, having hired this company to do the plumbing remodel.

Their office staff were as hostile as their on site plumbers were unsafe in their work product. WE HAVE WITNESSES AND DOCUMENTATION, not to mention the failed inspections.
