I was not aware of Western Plumbing, but found it by searching the internet for a plumbing service. I can honestly say it was a blessing from the Lord. When I called to request an assessment of the water heater problem, the response was quick and the plumber came out that afternoon. I was skeptical at first because I thought it would be an easy fix. Instead he advised the water heater was cracked and would need to be replaced. It was a big expense for me and I'm a senior, but the repair cost was very reasonable. His calm personality and eye contact assured me that he was trustworthy and would not take advantage of his opportunity to provide the service. After the installation, he showed me the old water heater and the damage to it. I guarantee, you won't find better service in Oklahoma City. It was indeed trusted, knowledgeable expertise and quality work. I'll continue to use Western Plumbing for follow-up maintenance and will always refer this small but reliable plumbing business to friends, family and others.
