He has come up with clever solutions to problems that seem complex but he makes them simple. I would recommend him to my friends and family. It's important to have a plumber you can trust. I texted him due to my sink pipe leaking. He responded quickly and prompt. I initially thought it was the ""grinder"" part that was the problem. He came on time and diagnosed it so quickly, and come to find out someone who previously installed the pipe did an incorrect job. He is very HONEST, clean, good customer service, and quick. Stay Away From This Guy!!! What a rip-off.

I had a minor leak under my kitchen sink, and he uses a wrench and tightens a nut, and charges me $20, for five seconds of work!!

He then installs a $5 part, takes him literally 2 minutes to install and charges me $100!!!

Will never use this guy again. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off!!

Frank saved me for a second time, but a different problem than the first.

City of Glendale Water & Power informed me of a leak. I traced it to a relief valve for my tank less water heater.

Frank arrived, checked the pressure & informed me that it was at 170 psi after the regulator. He repaired it while I wrote the check. That fast! Great service!
