Frank is great. He's recently checked and fixed our water heater that wasn't working, replaced our leaking kitchen faucet, and our bathroom sink. He even came by the following day to fix the caulk. I can tell he takes pride in his work.

He does very good work, shows up when he says he will, and his prices are extremely reasonable.

It took us a very long time to find a plumber in the area that did good work AND felt we can trust and didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of. Frank is awesome. Highly recommend.

Frank is a very good plumber! He determines the cause of your plumbing problem quickly and gets to work and fixes your problem the first time and does so in a timely manner. The most recent time he fixed my plumbing, it was for the pipe (behind the wall) that the external shower head pipe threads into. Frank had to cut into the wall to do this repair, and when it was done, he patched up the wall very neatly and professionally with drywall and plaster. It was easy to paint over and looked great. His prices are fair and his work is excellent - no do-overs are needed. He gets it right the first time.

Whenever another plumbing issue comes up, I'll be calling Frank. He's an honest guy who gets the job done and without extra frills or costs. This morning he came, right on time, to check out the issue, and by 10 AM we had clean running water again! Plus, the cost was much more reasonable than several other plumbing companies I contacted. It's hard to find someone honest and friendly like Frank, and I'm very glad I found this page with his number.

I texted him due to my sink pipe leaking. He responded quickly and prompt. I initially thought it was the ""grinder"" part that was the problem. He came on time and diagnosed it so quickly, and come to find out someone who previously installed the pipe did an incorrect job. He is very HONEST, clean, good customer service, and quick. Stay Away From This Guy!!! What a rip-off.

I had a minor leak under my kitchen sink, and he uses a wrench and tightens a nut, and charges me $20, for five seconds of work!!

He then installs a $5 part, takes him literally 2 minutes to install and charges me $100!!!

Will never use this guy again. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off!!

The guys from Western Rooter snaked the drain quickly & efficiently. Cost was not exorbitant. Will have Western Rooter come out next time also.

Frank saved me for a second time, but a different problem than the first.

City of Glendale Water & Power informed me of a leak. I traced it to a relief valve for my tank less water heater.

Frank arrived, checked the pressure & informed me that it was at 170 psi after the regulator. He repaired it while I wrote the check. That fast! Great service!
