Frank is so nice! We have had him come on two separate occasions. The first time he came to service one of our three toilets and it turned out that no work needed to be performed. However, he was very nice and spent time explaining what the issue was.

The second time he came was today to service the other toilet which was clogged. He came within an hour of my phone call and charged us a reasonable price for the issue.

He accepts credit card with a square reader which is really convenient. He is also an amazing and nice man! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Frank Park installed three sinks in our condo this week and we like them, but the end of the job was very ragged. After Frank was ""finished,"" the joints underneath two sinks were leaking and I asked him to fix them but he said the caulking needed to set and in five hours that should provide a complete seal. This seemed very strange advice to us but we waited the five hours and when the leaks continued I called him. He was able to take care of the problem this time, I think, but he said we might get leaks again. After he was gone I turned on the faucet in my beautiful new bathroom sink and found that the hot and cold are hooked up backward. I see a lot of good reviews for Frank on Yelp and think he might have just had a bad day at our house but we are not going to ask him back.

I called Frank after another plumber attempted to fix a leaky shower head but ended up creating another issue. And then kept giving excuses for why I was having a problem and it wasn't his fault. After a few days of waiting and hearing more excuses (while I wasn't able to use my shower), I had enough! I called Frank and he was able to show up 30 min after my initial call! Wow! That's impressive! Frank showed up on time and fixed my plumbing issue within 45 min.

Frank is a very friendly, patient and honest man. He's also very fair with his fees. He's my go to plumber now!

I have called Frank twice to fix water leak problems in our home. First time our Pelican water system was leaking all over due to extreme hard water buildup, and a second time due to the main line bursting because it was repaired with cheap materials by someone prior. Both times he has come ASAP and finished the job quickly. He always has a smile on his face, explains everything he is doing as he does it, and is extremely professional. On top of all that, his prices can't be beat! Thank you so much Frank!

Called Frank again as my DIY attempt at installing replacement disposal ht a snag. Frank came and found a solution to my problem and actually ended up saving me money as my original fix would have been much more difficult and time consuming. Frank could have easily gone with my idea and charge more but he is truly on your side and recommended a better, more cost efficient solution. Frank came through again.

5* is a pretty high benchmark, which shouldn't be awarded freely, but I think Frank deserves it. I have had a few random small problems, which he has responded to quickly and efficiently on every occasion. Frankly (pun intended), none of the jobs have been big complex ones that can really testify to his abilities, but I am pleased with his candor, his demeanor, and his attention to detail. He has given good advice, even when it means he doesn't get the job, he has been reliable, efficient and friendly. I will continue to utilize his services when necessary (hopefully not too many) and he is on the speed dial since I know the job will be done correctly the first time. Prices are very fair, I know others have a gouge rate depending on how bad you need them. Thanks Frank!

Frank is a great plumber. He was on time to my house and was open and honest about the work we needed. He replaced our dishwasher and the pressure regulator in a short amount of time. I highly recommend his services.

Frank came out the same day to help me with my water heater. Fortunately, the heater itself was fine but there were other problems that he was able to address everything by the end of the day. Like others mentioned, Frank is a straight shooter. He knows what he's doing, takes care of it, and doesn't mind explaining what's going on. I'm very happy.

It was rather an emergency. Huge hot water leak right underneath my daughter's room.
Called him at 7AM this morning, way earlier than his service hour. He responded immediately and arrived my home in 10 minutes. Very courteous, got right into the problem and fixed in no time. All the 5 star reviews about him was amazingly true!!! If we had a 5 percent of earth population as decent as Frank or at least half of what he is, the world would be a lot better place to live.
