Contacted western plumbing for our issue. They were on it that same day. Came out and took care of our leak quickly before anything major occurred. Tech was friendly and efficient. It was a blessing that they popped up on Handy when I needed to have my bathroom sink from Waywair replaced. Although they no longer use Handy, I still went with them on my own because their cost is very reasonable and not blown up like most businesses nowadays. The staff is very friendly and professional and I was even mailed a copy of my invoice. Although they're located in Oakdale, they still serviced me in Lathrop. Thank you for that! I will surely go with Western Plumbing for my home plumbing needs!

Would always use Western Plumbing.l My water heater went out and they were able to come in two days and install a new one. Always polite, knowledgeable, arrived on time and the pricing was great. Also has to have a new gas valve installed and they were able to come the next day.

Long story short, my 4YO flushed something down the toilet and of course, it clogged. I called western. They answered the call, even after hours, assisted me over the phone, and did what they could to keep me from having to get a service call. Ben called me the next following morning to make sure I had it all figured out. These guys are awesome. I would recommend them. They didn't do any work because they helped me handle it over the phone. If their work is anything like their ethical practices, I'll guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thank you, gentlemen.

I decided to contact these folks, after I had horrible experiences with another plumbing service. Had I gone with them today, It would had been their 4th visit and still charging me.

These guys are the THE. BEST. Period. Dan is the owner and runs a tight ship...his crew is kind, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. AND THEY ALWAYS HELP ME OUT. Fast. And then even call back to check and make sure everything is good! If you ever have had to deal with contractors you know it's hard enough to get them to call you back let alone do the job in a timely manner. We've used them several times over the years and they have never disappointed me. ALWAY have exceeded expectations. And bills are always lower than I thought they would be. Installed a water heater and a ""whole house"" water filtration system. Both the owner and the technician communicated and performed the work promptly, initially.

After we waited the two required days of system seasoning, everything was brought on line. I discovered that the water filter didn't treat all the water entering the house. My texts and emails voicing my concerns went unanswered.

I now have crisp, clean water to drink . . . So long as I drink from the sink in the bathroom.
