Very happy with the service! My furnace stopped working in the middle of a very cold spell. Called several companies and came across Western on Yelp. They were able to come the next day. He diagnosed the problem (transformer blew out and needed replacement), replaced it, checked everything over and charged me under $300 which I believe is reasonable. Their diagnosis fee was a little higher than some companies but it was put towards the cost of the service which was totally reasonable. Heater is working great. I would use again for sure. I like that they are a small family owned business. Happy customer.

I had Rick and the crew replace the heating/AC ducting in my attic. They showed up on time and gave me a good price. They really did a nice job and obviously take pride in their work. That's very important to me to have confidence in someone to do the job right. I would definitely have them back to do other jobs in my house.

EXCELLENT WORK & PRICE POINT!!

Today I had my air conditioner fixed by Western Heating. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this company! Rick came out nice and early and was one of the sweetest guys I've ever met. Not only did he fix my air conditioner, he told me how to maintain it and even helped me clean it off. The work was done at a more than fair price and I would recommend this company to anyone wants great service and a GREAT PRICE! Be sure to ask for Rick! :)

They advertised that they serviced within 25 miles but yet they refuse to service Los Angeles which falls within 25 miles! Isn't that false advertisement?! That is one way not to grow a successful business and keep a new reoccuring customer!

Excellent service, fair price, no pressure. This is the place you want to call when you have a heating or air conditioning problem. We called places that didn't call us back, we called places that sent out high pressure sales team that told us we need a whole new system, then we called Western...they came when they said, fixed what was wrong, and we're a pleasure to work with.
