Today Rick came out to fix a problem with our tankless water heater. We have previously used Western Heating and Air, And again they didn't disappoint. The office was very quick at getting back to me and Rick quickly responded and fixed the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

Bottom line up front: Western Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing do exceptional work and are uniquely responsive to customer needs. This was an Easy 5 star rating. I will definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others in the future without hesitation.

Now the down and dirty details: Last Sunday I was cooking breakfast and heard a very long, loud what sounded like a water drip. I investigated and found something was leaking from my downstairs bathroom exhaust fan cover, directly into the toilet (sometimes a little luck is a good thing I suppose). After a little troubleshooting found that it was leaking from the master bathroom and the shower in our guest bathroom. Definitely time to call in professionals.

My daughter had work done with Western in the past and highly recommended them to me. I called last Sunday, mid-afternoon and left a message. Within the hour, Rick returned my call and scheduled an appointment for Monday.

Upon arrival, Frank diagnosed the problem but unfortunately due to the COVID situation parts were not available late enough in the day to correct the problem. Understand completely that within the tight quarters required to make the fix, not something you want to leave partially completed, waiting for parts and quite likely rendering all the upstairs facilities inoperable. A temporary fix was put in place allowing us to shower that evening. The following morning Rick and Frank were on the job and shortly had the leak permanently fixed. While some sheetrock needed to be removed to correct the problem causing the normal messiness that sheet rock and especially wet sheet rock can cause, the work area was appropriately covered prior to working and thoroughly clean after the job was complete.

Let me just start by saying owning an AC unit is great and terrible at the same time. When they're working, it's heaven. When they aint...well...we recently started having trouble with our 10 year old unit (which was nearing the end of it's warranty) and a friend recommended we use Western AC, as they helped them out a while back.

They were quick to set up an appointment and assess the problem. They were able to check multiple potential issues and quickly spot the problem(s). The turn around time on a new part was quick and the installation even quicker. We even had a hiccup and they came out next day (on a Saturday morning) and got us back up and running.

Needless to say our family was very pleased with their work and even more so that they were able to squeeze a little more life out of our unit. Very friendly and professional. Strongly recommend them for any AC related repair.

Great service called them on Wednesday they were at my house on Thursdays Val was great called be 5 minutes before tech got to my home to let me know he was on his way . Frank did a great job got my air going again and today me what i need to get repair . Would highly recommend them.

Airconditioning went out and I was in full panic mode. Happened
on weekend so I was calling all kinds of different companies.
Thankfully, no one was available. Talked to my friend in Lakewood,
Ruth and she recommended Western. Called 1st thing Monday
and they advised that they may be able to squeeze me in later
that afternoon or for sure the next day. About an hour later, they
called and had a cancellation and could be out soon. Rick showed
up, and quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me the quote and
did the repair. The whole time explaining things, and giving me helpful hints for the future. Rick was extremely friendly and professional.
Did a great job for a reasonable price and I am extremely satisfied and
would recommend this company to anyone. If and when I have
other issues will give them a call, and will also use them for plumbing
issues.
