As of 2015, Western expanded our trustworthy expert reputation into the highlands spanning the Lake Arrowhead region to Big Bear, delivering the best service for the local area.
A key member of our team is married to the founder's eldest offspring and together they they are parents to a couple of children. He began as an intern 14 years ago. He has advanced to become a heating and cooling expert as well as pipework expert exponentially as time has passed. He is now a crucial part of this family-owned company.

Jerzy T.I'm extremely happy about this new company opening business in Big Bear. I've used the ""established"" companies in Big Bear in the past with spotty results. My heating ducts in the crawlspace were damaged by an incompetent pest control technician.
My heater was running 7x24, barely able to keep the place warm.
Frank replaced, repaired and sealed all connections. He worked till very late to finish the job in one day, and gave me the pictures of before and after.
This is the only company I'm ever using again for heating/plumbing in Big Bear.
Almost forgot to mention, they showed up on time!
Benny C.Big bear is an ""interesting"" place and it is harder than you think to find a good contractor who would do things ""right"" at a reasonable charge. Frank went above and beyond and got us a new furnace the same day. He even came out for a follow-up ""tune"" and check up at no charge.
We will be using his service again in the future!

Update 11/17/15. Had to call out this great company again. Had a water leak from our hydrant water line in front yard. Had to go without water but Western Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing came out first thing this morning and fixed a very difficult job. We now have water! They seem to be experts at every job. So glad they are a reliable and professional service we can use up here in Big Bear. Highly Recommend.
