At Western Colorado Plumbing & Heating, our goal is to offer the most trustworthy and efficient service, prioritizing quality and safety. We specialize in installing, maintaining, servicing, and improving our clients' plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. We dedicate ourselves to maintaining top industry standards and ethical practices.

Established in May 1982 by Steve Ganskow, a third-generation expert in the mechanical industry, we are among the oldest shops still owned by the founder. Not many can claim that distinction.

We have grown with the Western Slope, handling new construction and repairs for housing and commercial ventures. Our equipment includes sewer machines, jetter machines, excavation gear, sheet metal tools, and fully stocked service vans, always ready to serve.

Having grown up on the Western Slope, I attended Grand Junction High School. I started the business in 1982 during the oil shale bust. I had a team of six at one time, but now it’s just me.

I married my high school sweetheart in 1976 and raised three sons who worked with me at various times. The Western Slope has always been my home; it’s where I choose to live. Throughout my thirty-four years in business, I’ve formed many friendships with those I’ve served.
