We had two toilets that would not flush and water was coming out under the base. Steve came up and got everything unclogged. That was $176. That was fine. Then 6 days later one of the toilets clogged up again and water came out under the base. So I called Western Carolina plumbing again and asked them to come check it out. They did and he flushed the toilet many times and said there was nothing wrong. That's fine except that they want to charge me $100 for the repeat call. I am not convinced that this toilet won't stop up again and push water out under the base of the toilet. It is not normal for a toilet to do this. Someone called me from Western Carolina plumbing and ask my address to send the bill to. He was not nice. I told him that it was the same problem and I did not think there would be a charge for the repeat call. He said well the guy came up and there was nothing wrong so you owe us $100. I know of another instance where they overcharged someone and did not give them their money back. Don't use this company.

We had a very positive experience with Western Carolina Plumbing. Our problem began on a Friday so we were concerned about getting someone out before the weekend. After calling several plumbers, Western Carolina agreed that they could send someone that afternoon. Steve was the plumber that came. Unfortunately, Steve could not fix the problem that day but he came back Saturday morning with his helper and got the problem fixed. Steve and the man that answered the phone for Western Carolina were both very polite and helpful. Do not hesitate to call them.

We needed new pipes and to replace our water heater. They came for making an estimate and we were scheduled in a timely manner. A week before, they came for a last inspection and they were always on time, very neat and courteous. We definitely recommend them.

I needed burst pipes repaired on a Saturday and I called WCP. They had a plumber call me back within 30 minutes and he went immediately to the job and repaired 6 leaks. It wasn't cheap, $500-ish, but I feel like it was probably in line with what anyone else would have charged. I will call them again.

Our 12 year old hot water heater bit the dust yesterday . We call WC PLUMBING and they came promptly to check it out . It needed to be replaced . We were even shown how to drain it with a water hose to save them time for the next day. They had a same brand 50 gallon A.O. Smith to replace it. Three employees came the next morning promptly and installed the new one from 8:30 to 11:00. We have HOT WATER. They were efficient, and very courteous. Great service! Thanks !
