called them out for a leak the plumber spent 30 minutes in his truck smoking then declared an estimate needed to be done so after 4 days we get an 800 estimate to fix a minor leak that earls charged us less than half Wes Tex are crooks and lazy

Our house had plumbing problems from one end to the other. I knew when Kyle came to house to give us the estimate that there was no doubt we would use this company. We have ABSOLUTELY loved working with Wes Tech. The quote was VERY reasonable, they were fast, efficient, and did EXACTLY what they promised...hard to find in the house service industry. Kyle worked with us regarding insurance so everything went very smoothly. The crew cleaned up their days work, everyday, and got the job done when they said they would. They are now our go-to guys.

My water heater started leaking in our 4 year old home. Luckily I asked the seller to provide me a home warranty. After contacting the home warranty company WesTech was called out and diagnosed a new water heater was required. The home warranty Co. finally approved the work 48 hours later .
WesTech called me with an unacceptable replacement date of 4 days.
I reached out to the owner of WesTech and asked for help, they speeded up my work by 3 days.
All in all WesTech plumbers were courteous, fast and knew there job. I am a retired Commercial General Contractor with lots of experience dealing with trades and schedules. I give the a solid 8.5!

They have done my plumbing since we moved into our new home and they have been so helpful. Even since we have a home warranty they have been courteous and friendly and was able to take care of all our issues. We will definitely be using them if we have any other issues.

Plumber came by, saw we had a leak in the ceiling. Said his boss told him not to go up by himself. I made sure he had my cell # told him to come back after we closed or early in the morning. No one showed or called, then when I called... "the owner" said he didn't have anyone to do the call. When I replied that that was terrible service, he said "thanks for your attitude and hung up on me. So its MY FAULT you don't do YOUR job. Hmmmm.

Called Big Tex and they sent someone right out. Wonder who I will call next time?

We have home warranty from Fidelity National Home Warranty. I opened service ticket with them for a problem with clogged toilet and they forwarded this service to their contractor in Lubbock: WesTech Plumbing, LLC. After a visit of WesTech plumber the issue seemed to be fixed but on the next day it turned out that the problem remains. I called WesTech and they informed me that because it was Fidelity service call, I need to open new ticket with Fidelity (AND PAY WESTECH AGAIN $65 FOR A JOB WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DONE!).
