Garry went above and beyond in helping us with a pretty gnarly plumbing problem. There was a pipe broken under the house that required biohazard cleanup and a complete replacement of our pipes. He quoted a rate that was extremely reasonable. All the while not freaking us out about the severity of the issue. He was able to get it done in 2 days with minimal impact on our use of the bathrooms and kitchen. And he was a pleasure to work with as well. Lastly, he was referred by folks in my buy nothing group.

Garry, what can I say but a great, honest, reliable, plumber!! I am a local realtor in the San Fernando Valley, so when it comes down to knowing people of the trade, I know a good amount of folks.

After being stiffed for $400 by a plumber buddy of mine, I was hesitant to call Garry, especially after finding him on TikTok.... Nonetheless, I brought him in to check out my root congested sewer line. Not only did he take the time to try to clean the sewer pipe, he literally left without demanding payment up front(unlike the first plumber).

While hydro jetting the pipe for almost 3 hours in the rain, I knew at that point he was my guy. He gave me a great bid on my sewer line repair, which consisted of opening up the city sidewalk.

It is so hard to find great trustworthy people these days, which is why I'm so grateful to find Westco.
Garry is the epitome of kind, professional, honest, and fair. He actually goes above and beyond to help homeowners even save money. And never ever pressures you into anything. In fact, we originally hired him to do a pipe burst for our aging cracked sewer line almost 3 years ago. At the time, he recommended also lining the sewer line that runs under city property (which is unfortunately still the homeowner's responsibility), to avoid potentially having to spend $30,000 upwards in repairs if the sewer line cracks further becoming un-lineable. We waited 2 years to do it, and now have peace of mind. We also installed a sub meter so DWP can separate the ""outside"" water and stop charging us a sewer service charge for water not using the sewer. Garry helped us with several projects and did not rest until everything was done to perfection, including submitting LADWP rebates.
Truly a gem! Westco will be our go-to plumber from now on!

e careful with Garry, He is very unprofessional. He accepted the job but could not deliver. The 1st appointment was not completed bec He said He need to get the part so We rescheduled and agreed at 6pm on a different day. He came almost an hour late on the 2nd appointment. Surprisingly He does not have the supply needed for the repair. He said He will need to go to Lowe's so he left to buy the parts needed. After approx 5 min He texted that He can't do it and will do it another time bec it's too late. Imagine the repair site is an occupied rental property that I have to arrange for every appointment. I will Avoid this company in the future

Garry has been my go to plumber for quite a few years now. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable. A pleasure to have him come out and help with replacing water heater, garbage disposal, and willing to answer any questions. Just all around great. Money well spent.

Great job. Very professional. Came on the same day I called within a hour or so. Finish the job quickly, and left no mess at all. I was quoted a price for a drain clog over the phone and they honored that price. I would highly reccomend them and will use this company again.

I now understand why Westco has so many 5 star reviews. Our kitchen sewer line has been slow or blocked on and off for a long time. We've called a number of companies to come out. They all worked on the kitchen cleanout and were in and out in a short time. Problems came back fairly quickly. Gary from Westco came and did a clean out and snake and total camera exam of our whole pipe system for less than all the others we've used just to do a clean out. We ended up finding the real source of the issue and ended up doing a Hydrojet. All the other work was included in the standard cost of the hydrojeting. Thank you Gary for all the work and the great education. We now have our plumbing company.

During the three day weekend over Memorial Day, our sewer line backed up out of an exterior clean out. Called Westco Rooter Tuesday at 8 am and Gary arrived within a hour! He ran a clean out snake down the clean out over 100 feet to the City's sewer line under our street, then ran a camera through the cleaned out line as I watched. All in less than 30 minutes, for the quoted rate of $79.

In over 70 years of life experience, I have never met a more knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient plumber than Gary. Wow!
