Of course our washer machine pipe was clogged and the drain completely overflowed just as we got back from our weekend trip to Arrowhead and had loads of laundry. I called Garry on Sunday and he picked up immediately. I told him about our situation and he came out the next morning, on Memorial Day no less!!! He unclogged our pipes and gave my husband some good advice about replacing pipes in the future. I've used him this past winter in preparation for the rain storms and we're so glad we did! We had zero issues with drainage during the massive rains... he just a great trustworthy person!

Garry is awesome. He beat other plumbers quotes by at least 50 dollars in most cases. He's professional, knows his code, thorough, and friendly.

One never hopes to NEED a plumber, but if I have a job I can't do, I'll definitely call Garry back in the future.

I also appreciate that he put on shoe covers when entering my home.

Furthermore, he was flexible enough to check out some other stuff I needed work on that wasn't in the original quote. He did the job for a very nominal fee.

I love that he takes credit cards too.

I was very very happy with this business. Garry is professional, responsive, quick and nice.

First time when I call him for water backing up, he call me back right away and came on time. He made very clear about the price of the job he was going to do. Unfortunately he couldn't unclog the pipe because the problem was tree roots growing in the pipe so he didn't charge me anything after working about couple of hours.

I call him again to replace that pipe. He respect your property and clean up very well after his job. His price is fair. He does more than what he say he'll do.

I end up calling him one more time to replace other pipe because I really trust him now.

If you need a plumber who you don't have to worry about ripping you off and do good job with fair price, care about your property. Gerry is the one you have to contact!!

Garry was at our house about 20 minutes after I called him. He promptly fixed the clog we had and I was so impressed by the service that I had Garry take a look at another issue we were having that another company said could not be fixed without breaking the wall. Garry had that fixed in 20 minutes as well without having to break anything! I have given Garry's number to several of my friends and for any plumbing issues in the future, he will be my first call.

AMAZING. Four o'clock on a Sunday I discover my bathtub is completely backed up just as my in-laws arrive for the first time from out of state. Gary at Westco answered immediately and said he'd be over within the hour. Five o'clock, Gary is at my front door. Super friendly and professional, he gets right to work and snakes my tub drain.

He discovers the pipes are full of old tree roots, clears the pipes, and then resnakes the pipe again just to be certain it's all clear.

I receive the discount price promoted on yelp, and sweet Gary is out the door by 6 o'clock. Legit the most pleasant, smooth, and professional transaction I can remember having ever,
