I highly recommend Westchester Plumbing. I've had them out on 3 separate occasions and each time I was completely satisfied with the work they performed. Each time they came on time. I called one other plumber before my call to Westchester Plumbing and the prices were comparable.

We had another 2 plumbing issues in our new kitchen since then (all problems caused by the person who installed new kitchen plumbing, not Westchester Plumbing). For one issue, we called Westchester Plumbing for a broken pipe under the house that attached to the kitchen sink. It had been leaking for some time and we did not know it. Westchester Plumbing came right away and agreed to fix it, but estimated it would cost $750 plus that would not include the current visit to diagnose the problem. Also, they said they would not clean up the water under the house - they would just move it. So we got another opinion and found someone else who fixed the problem for $250 and cleaned up the water. We are glad we got that second opinion.

2nd issue that recently came up. Our kitchen sink started leaking again inside the house. We called Westchester plumbing since they fixed it last time. They came and found a 2nd problem that was from the original install. However, they still charged us even though both the issues should have been noticed in the original visit (my first review was about this issue). They finally discounted the visit, but we were not happy since the first visit should have caught and fixed both issues.

Westchester plumbing has been our go-to plumber for almost 8 years. Ray and his team are honest, professional and very good at what they do. Over the years we've had over 10 workers from Westchester plumbing and every single one has been great at their job. They've done everything from general snaking, drainage for the washer, a gas line for our stove, wall heater replacements, work on our water heater, and recently our main sewer line.

Over Easter weekend we had a bad back up in our sewer line, being the only time Westchester Plumbing was closed, we had to call another plumbing company to come out. Over $500 later with nothing resolved and a $7000 estimate for more work to completely replace the line, I asked them to leave. First thing Monday morning we got in touch with Ray and he had a crew out that morning to help. They snaked and cut the very big roots in the line, and then gave us an estimate of $2500 for the work to replace a portion of the line; they don't try to sell you more than necessary and want to help and not delete your bank account. We didn't hesitate to schedule them to come out to fix the line and resolve a massive issue in a day. Ray also took the time to go above and beyond to help us out, because our home is in escrow and answered all questions directly to our buyer and agent during a stressful time for us. Both the agent and our buyer said they planned to continue using Westchester Plumbing because they were so impressed with the work completed. You won't go wrong by choosing them.

These guys are awesome had them come out to fix a clogged sewer line from one of the bathrooms and they were fast and super fair with their price I'm having another issue that of course sprung up on Sunday of a holiday weekend but I know who I will be calling in the morning !! They were quick honest and did all the work beautifully last time, so for me they are the only ones to call!!!

I've had Westchester Plumbing come out and help me with a whole bunch of problems in the past and they have always been great and a pleasure to work with. I'm writing a review now, because recently they were beyond helpful. I needed to install a new gas line before my gas meter was to be moved, and out of my own distraction I didn't do it on time. I needed it done ASAP and the Westchester Plumbing guys came and worked like crazy to get it done (which they did!). They were here working until late and under pouring rain. Soaked to the bones! Even under those conditions they were always nice and willing. I will definitely continue recommending them. You should give them a call!

Westchester Plumbing was great! We have used them 3 times. I called this morning due to a serious stopped up issue and they were able to come and help me in 2 hours. They showed up on time and did great work. They also worked on our plumbing during our home construction 2 year ago. Recently our water heater was leaking and we called them, they came right away to look at it. Ordered the part and was replaced within the week. Since they installed it, they replaced it for free. I will use them again.

I had these guys come for a simple snaking of the drain without any problems with my system. I just do it every two years. They came and broke my pipe, spilling sewage under my house. I called to tell them what happened and they were dismissive, as if the smell coming from under my house was in my head. I called again, and again the same response. When I said, come fix the cause of the smell, whatever it might be, they came and discovered I was right. Sewage had been spilling, then they charged me to fix the problem they started. I've never been so disappointed in service.

Professional, hard-working plumbers. I have nothing but good things to say about their work ethic and the quality of their work. They really will solve your plumbing problem without taking advantage of a bad situation. The drain to our tub in an older place by the beach broke completely off and Ray sent out a team that did a beautiful job in a difficult location. I hope I don't have future plumbing problems, but if I do, I would not hesitate to give Westchester Plumbing a cal.
