This is the second time I have used Westchester Plumbing. I had great results again tonight. I called this morning and they came out the same day. Although they came about 20 past the window, the window was only a two hour window; it was 5:20 at night and they were very apologetic. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced and had already purchased it myself. Tim and Freddie did a great job. When they went to shut off the hot water in the bathroom, the water spurted out even though it was shut, I was watching this. We have such hard water and such an old bathroom that I'm not surprised. They quickly shut off the water at the water heater. They were very professional. They put a work blanket down and they put a pan under the sink so there was no big mess. And they cleaned up after they were done. They let me know how much it would be before they started the work. I think Tim was training Freddie so they were both working on the job and Tim was doing a great job training, I could hear him. You can tell a lot about a person while they are teaching someone how to do something. It takes patience and experience and kindness. I would definitely use them again and I will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We used them again and although we were not as impressed this time, I was still pleased and would use them next time. Showed up when promised, finished quickly, cleaned up behind themselves, and acted professionally. A lot of their stuff had a different business name on it, guess they're subcontracting their work? The cost of the basic routing job seemed steep, but when the plumbing stops working... *shrug*

Very pleased with the service. Called in the morning and were able to get an appointment that afternoon. They called me to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They knew exactly what to do and did it quick. Very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.

I chose them based on Yelp reviews, and glad I did. On time, friendly, and did a great job.

The only thing is that they did not have the replacement part I had mentioned over the phone, similar, but not quite. The one they had was good, but I preferred something better, so I went to home depot to buy the one I wanted, while they waited, so I actually ended-up with something better then I originally had, and they agreed to install it.

Not a big deal for me though, as I wanted the better ""model"", and will not grade them lower than 5 stars because they were willing to work with me in waiting, and installing what I bought instead. Will definitely use them again if I need plumbing work done again.

These guys were great. Professional, fast and reasonable in pricing. They fixed the problem quickly and I wasn't devastated by the cost. Not to mention that the work came with a 90 day warranty. I'd definitely use them again.

Yesterday I phoned Westchester Plumbing to see the services they provide and if they can fix my toilet issues. Raymond (owner) was very professional and explained it could be one of two things and provided a quote for the worst case scenario ($145).

Upon arrival and inspection, he showed me the problem which he fixed in under 40 minutes. Since the issue wasn't the worst case scenario I was only charged $115.

I also inquired about a couple of other issues which he also fixed.

Raymond and his team are honest, experienced, and professional.

Oh my goodness!!!! I just moved into a condo that I bought and sure enough...the sink gets clogged. I asked my Facebook friends if they could suggest an awesome plumber and that's how I found Westchester Plumbing. I called them and left a message on Sunday evening and I was called promptly this morning and not only were they super friendly, but very accomodating. Raymond, arrived during the quoted time frame (even a bit earlier!!) and not only did he do a great job, but he was super nice. He was incredibly thorough and checked out my shower faucet as well.
Sink is working and the price was SO much less than I anticpated.....this clog took a long time and they even had to go outside to get it.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.....and....I DON'T write reviews!!!

My toilet, washing machine and sinks were all clogged. I originally called another plumber in Venice that past the job to Westchester Plumbing after they could not make it before the day ended. My hat goes off to the original company that was called and there efforts to get my problem solved. Additionally, to Weschester for there great professionalism, knowledge of my problem and fair value for the work done. I was completely satisfied with my experience with both companies.

Ray and his team of guys are awesome! They come out in a timely manner and do a great job at a fair price. I am a realtor and need reputable contractors I can trust to refer to my clients. Many of my clients have had sewer issues that can be very costly, Ray has come through for me many times when other contractors have given false information.
