Friday night of the Labor Day Holiday week-end we discovered our water main was leaking. We called Westchester Plumbing Sat. am and really didn't expect to see anyone until Tuesday. Deanna was very helpful and arranged for Ricardo to come out at 130pm that day, he quoted a very reasonable price and said they could start work the next morning. They showed up at 830am Sunday morning and were done by noon. =)

don't whatever you do use westchester plumbing. They didn't complete the job properly even though they said they would come back if the toilet was not properly unblocked- they took the money and then refused to come back to finish the job. plus the woman who answers the phone for them is so unbelievably nasty it's almost a joke!

I had a weekend appointment to re-connect my new sink, garbage disposer, faucet and dishwasher. It took exactly one hour to complete and the plumber did a good job. My only problem was with the price for parts. Only some putty and a few plastic pipes and connectors were needed, so $145 for the parts that cost only about $16 is a ridiculous mark-up. I know the labor would be high since it was a weekend, but expected it to be $135.hr, not $165. I think that they took advantage.

STOP! STOP! Stop searching for the WRONG company because you've found the RIGHT one - Westchester Plumbing! Don't hesitate - call Diana (a very thoughtful, caring and understanding person) right NOW and she'll schedule Ray (owner) to see you and give you an honest, reasonable estimate. Or, if it's an emergency, Diana (she's so fantastic and sweet!) will send help (Marines, Air Force, Navy...kidding), but she will not let you down and assist you to find a solution to your issue or problem. Again, their prices are honest and reasonable. Recently, I had a wall heater installed on a re-modeling project of my house and I was tired of researching the internet, Yelp! and other search engines for plumbing & heating services.

So, Ray pulls up to my house on time as scheduled to assess my project and when you meet an expert like Ray, you just know it. Ray is a plumbing Wikipedia who knows what he's talking about. He gave me technical guidelines on what he was going to do and how he was going to get it done in plain English. Do you hear me out there? I understood him perfectly that my issue was going to be solved. Then like a magician, he produces an estimate $$$$ of my project that blew me away. What? Aren't you missing some zeros, Ray? No, the price he gave was it, clear and simple! After I picked myself off the floor, I said YES! A couple days later as agreed and scheduled by wonderful Diana, Experts Severno (I hope I didn't misspelled his name) and Wilfredo showed up at my house on a mission like the Red Cross during a disaster ready to get to work. They completed the job in a highly precision and professional manner almost cutting the estimated job time in half. The experience was so astounding I even recommended Westchester Plumbing to my church. Look, don't be a fool and jump on the Westchester Plumbing bandwagon. Don't hesitate. Call them right now! Call Diana and Ray will be on his way.................

I called them last minute on two small jobs- clogged non draining sink disposal and a leaky toilet tank. They were able to schedule me for the same day at 600 p on a Friday (I called at 430pm) and got the job done by 7pm.. They were fast, professional, congenial, and the cost was inexpensive! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!! A++

Read the reviews and they exceeded all expectations. Fast, professional, and great quality work for a reasonable, wait...low price. They quoted the price over the phone for a clogged sink and I asked them to seal another pipe and only charged me an additional $10 for what they could have charged $50-$100. They even cleaned the both stainless steel sinks before leaving and left them w/ a sparkling shine. So reassuring to know that there are still great independent companies providing stellar service! Only wish they did electrical, carpet cleaning, cable, etc.

The best plumber I've ever used. Ray and his crew are not only hardworking, but incredibly efficient. I received a full written estimate within a of couple hours the first time I used him, emailed to me, I replied set up a time and he was here promptly at 8:00 the next morning as he said he would be. He also underbid the competitors by 35-40% without telling him what they were - So honest! The second time it was an emergency and he came asap and replaced my shower valve although I was at work and left a bill - a modest one at that, and he fixed a leaky faucet and a slow drain gratis - amazing! If you own a home you've gotta use these guys! Thanks Ray and crew, you guys rock!

The plumbers arrived within the stated window of time (which was just a one-hour window!). They routed our clog quickly, were courteous and professional and charged us a reasonable price. I was already going to give them 5 stars but I must give them extra credit for this: The plumber found some old debris behind the washing machine and without hesitation grabbed our broom, swept it up and threw it away. I will absolutely call them again if need be.

Amazing service! Fast efficient and the price was SO MUCH BETTER than the high profile plumbing services seen on television. I had roots blocking my main sewage line, and the team was able to locate, dig and replace the affected area. Also, when they were finished...they replanted my shrubs that needed to be moved! Every thing was back in its place like it never happened. The bottom line: USE THESE GUYS!!!
