Called Archie's a couple of weeks ago because my garage flooded when it rained. Bob came by that afternoon (Archie was his dad) and cleaned out the drain that was closed from massive amounts of dirt. He went above and beyond, in my opinion, trying to help me get an inexpensive fix for a problem. I SO appreciated his honesty, thoroughness and just a very nice man to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

We had a massive sewage backup in our home the night before Thanksgiving 2015, which started with the upstairs shower draining into our downstairs bathtub. We first called Pelham Plumbing, who actually made things worse (Archie's found their snake head in our tub plumbing). We called Archie's Thursday during the day and got a response from Bob Arcieri that evening (Thanksgiving, mind you). He was at our home by Friday afternoon. Our sewage problem turned out to be a huge problem that involved the city blowing out the main city line (also clogged) and the Archie's guys digging up my basement, garage, and driveway to reinstall the damaged sewer pipe (that had detached itself from the house). The sewer lines hadn't been done properly by the previous owners so Archie's fixed all of that. I had running water and was able to use my own bathroom again by Saturday evening. Yes, the job was expensive but it was totally within market price. Highly recommend! They saved our behinds on a holiday weekend.

Bobby was super helpful. However he could not unclog my drain despite trying for over an hour.

He charged me full price which he told me ahead of time, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Basically paid over $200 for his effort. Nice guys but for sewer cleaning I'd use a different company.

I have been a long time customer of Archie's (at least 5 years now) and I'm happy to find them on Yelp so I can give Bob and Co a review!
These guys are quite possibly the hardest working and most honest contractors I've come across - and I've worked with my share!
The quality of their work is excellent and they will always help - even if they can't fit you in immediately.
Case in point - last week my sump pump failed and I had an emergency replacement situation. I called Archie's, and although Bob couldn't get to me for several hours, he was willing to come out later that day (on New Year's Eve!) to help me.
In the end, he talked me through how to replace the pump myself and took a couple of phone calls with questions...even though it meant he didn't get this piece of business.

Now that's great customer service!

I use Archie's for all my drainage, HVAC, and associated plumbing needs and highly recommend them on a regular basis!

After being unable to clear the clog in our sewer drain, we called Archie's Repairs and services upon the recommendation from a friend. We left a message and Bob called us back almost immediately. He came out within half an hour of us calling him, even though it was later in the evening. Bob is the owner of the company and he came out personally to look at our problem.

He used a pipe camera to look down the sewer drain and identify the source of the clog. We were able to watch a video of the camera going down the pipe. He gave us a copy of this video on disc that we can use for future reference when we hire a contractor to address more serious problems. Bob was also able to show us the location of the sewer pipe on our property and where it connects to the municipal drain. He then was able to clear the clog.

Although we know we will need more repairs in the future, this service was able to keep our drain flowing and give us a reasonable idea of what realistically needs to be done therefore saving us a lot of money when others told us that we would have to do major work immediately at a very high price.

Bob is honest and seems to enjoy his work. The whole job was done and he was packed up and he was ready to go within an hour and half. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in a similar situation who isn't prepared to spend a fortune on emergency plumbing repairs and wants to see the problem for themselves. We're glad we didn't just believe the first thing we were told and had a chance to see the problem for ourselves.
