Westbrass possesses multiple protected items including the Deep Soak Overflow designed for deep soaking in various bathing wells, the Linear Closing Overflow, and various intellectual properties. Westbrass's market includes bath and kitchen retailers, plumbing distributors, supply companies, OEM and ODM companies, as well as several national home centers.

Founded in 1935 by siblings, Jack and Aaron Kagan, Westbrass aimed to serve the demands of plumbing wholesalers on the West Coast of the USA. In the early days, the offerings included products such as faucet systems, plumbing valves, fittings, and more. Subsequent to becoming the leading supplier of plumbing supplies, the company was acquired in 1985 by Max Homami. Seeing a growth in the home renovation market, Mr. Homami saw to establish Westbrass as the leader in Kitchen & Bath Accessories.
