This is a very disappointing experience. I called Friday for a repair and was told they would come around 230pm. In the afternoon on Friday, I received a call from the Plummer stating he could not come today because his current job was having an issue that caused him to be delayed. The Plummer I forgot his name said he would come to us first thing Saturday morning. Well it's 11am and we can't get in touch with him. We called, was put to voice mail, I even texted the gentleman as I had his number from texting him my addresss and so far my text has been ignored. If this is how West Valley Plumbing does business I wonder how they are able to stay in business. I do not recommend and will not ever try to use them again

I'm not impressed with their office administration. It has been several weeks since the work has been completed, the bill was paid by credit card, but I have yet to receive an invoice for the work done. I've called several times and was promised I would get the documentation but have not received anything as of yet.

With that said, the work was done professionally and quickly.
