We had trouble with our recently drained septic tank in September. The rain in the last 5 days was heavy and ground saturated. And our septic tank filled back up with water and came out showers and toilets. For four days we argued with our warranty company to get a plumber out here. No joy. We paid to get septic tank emptied.

Finally they assigned us to West Sound as it looked like the pipes from house to septic had some clogs in them. They came out within the window of as promised. They explained everything they were doing as well as answering my husband's questions. Our service techs were Dave and Thomas. They were professional and patient. Cleaned up everything. Thank you Dave and Thomas! You are very appreciated.

Now I am heading off to get a shower after I sterilize it!

Where to begin? We moved to Poulsbo in 2021 from a Phoenix, which is a huge Metropolitan area. I wasn't sure what kind of help we would get in small town Poulsbo. Well, we have used West Sound plumbing multiple times and have always had an amazing experience. They are way better than any plumber we used in Phoenix. Today, Forrest was the plumber who helped us with a really stubborn clogged toilet AND drain. He was so, SO helpful. Forrest was prompt, courteous, and efficient. We are definitely going to continue to use West Sound Plumbing anytime we have a plumbing problem (which is somewhat regularly since our home is over 100 years old.)

Out bath tub faucet and handle finally gave up on us and was leaking from all its crevices when turned on. Tom was pleasant to work with and went straight to work. I felt that he was honest, had my best interests in mind and just wanted to get the job done.

I requested for an itemized invoice from the admin team (after sending pictures and confirming type of service to be had) before paying but it seems the standard procedure is to send it after payment. This is one thing I was disappointed about since I would like to know what I was quoted for before getting my bathroom serviced. While I know this is all just standard procedure and the way the business is run, I feel that a company who is confident in their quality of service and their plumbers would not have an issue doing this. I can try to rationalize it as protecting their rates from being exploited by other contractors or as a way to stay competitive but it does give the feeling of a lack of transparency on some level. But thanks to Tom I am satisfied.

We had West Sound Plumbing out this week to do a few projects around our home- new recirculating pump, changing out outdoor faucets, and replacing numerous valves. Forrest, Gabe and Justin were professional, proficient and did great work! Thank you all and highly recommend West Sound Plumbing.

Called West Side Plumbing (our go-to) and within 48 hours we had a frozen hose-bib replaced and back in action. Joshua was great, and is a great part of Austin's team. West Sound has moved our water service, configured and installed a 5 stage whole-house filtration system (thank goodness for no more sulphur smell or taste), installed our tankless water heater, and have been great about keeping track of what they previously did so when we call them out for small things, they already have been briefed and are very fast to enhance our system or fix a problem that inevitably comes up with owning a 30 year old house with a well.

Great team, and the only team I feel completely comfortable with leaving the garage open to etc... True pros!

The faucet in our kitchen sink broke and started leaking badly. The folks at West Sound Plumbing were out quickly to look at it, and Josh was back quickly to replace it once they had the replacement faucet, getting it done around my schedule. Really pleased!

Not long after they fixed out faucet, we called West Sound because our disposal stopped working. Forrest was out to our home quickly and fixed the issue in short order. Easy, no fuss, will call them again.

I contracted West Sound Plumbing Service over a year before these photos were taken (the permit for our project got caught up in some red tape that held it up). Austin patiently worked with us over that time helping me get everything set up for his plumbers that would be doing the job. After getting approved, our plumber, Forest (and Josh on the last day), spent an entire week working with and around me doing this fantastic installation!

Thanks to Austin, Forest, and Josh, my project is now now past one of its major hurdles!!

I contacted West Sound to get a bid for total repiping of my property along with installation of a new water main line. Jessica was very helpful and prompt in replying and scheduling an estimate. Austin came out to my home at the appointed time and did a thorough review. The quote Austin provided was competitive, and I got a strong sense that West Sound would be providing professional and competent service. In this case, I ended up doing with a different plumber because of scheduling (the other company's bid was around the same cost but they could fit me in around some travel time). I would not hesitate to call West Sound again in the future if I needed a big or small plumbing job done.
