I have 25+ years of experience in the heating industry. I established EB Mechanical in 2011, which rebranded to West Sound Comfort Systems in 2016 and partnered with Chris Brown as my associate. Our partnership brings nearly 50 years of knowledge, and we both love what we do.

Brandon was able to troubleshoot a fairly complex issue and fix it in one visit. He was the third person I'd had out to see it, and the only one who fixed it. He was professional and personable, and explained the system (and what he was doing to fix it) very clearly. I'll be calling them for future maintenance (although hopefully not for repairs anytime soon).
