i wouldnt recommend this company, they do not line item their invoices, and included fees in the invoice that were not part of the estimate. They also overcharged me by 3X the cost after i compared their invocie to other plumbers. Due to availability at the time, i hired them, always get another estimate against this company, you will find others who can do the same work for much less.

I spoke to Dave, the owner, and he seemed genuinely apologetic. He sent out another employee, Justin, to fix the pipe that had been damage and issued a partial refund for the services mentioned below. Justin was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time fixing and testing the new pipe and connections he installed. With all the new fittings, including rubber couplings, I am not sure it is as strong as the original pipe, but both Dave and Justin seemed to do their best to resolve a bad situation.

Justin was great! We had a kitchen sink issue come up on a Friday night and they had Justin here by 9am on a Saturday morning. He was friendly, efficient, and gave us tons of helpful advice for preventing this from happening again. I would highly recommend West Side Drain!

Do not use these guys for service! They overcharge by at least double!. I received an invoice for over $1000.00 to do a repair on a pump. Two guys showed up to do the work, one guy stood around while the other one did the repair which took less then an hour. When I asked for an itemized breakdown for the repair I was told they don't bill that way. The model on the replaced part costs about $200.00 online. I called three other plumbing companies who service the same pump, Zoeller, and they came back with a bid around $325.00 - $400.00 including trip charge.

I was also told over the phone the repair would be around $700.00 and needed to get the repair done right away. I questioned the repair after they billed my credit card afterwards for over a grand.

Were here exactly when they said when I contacted them this morning about a clogged and overflowing downspout. Did a quick and professional job and even ran the jet a bit down the rain drain that runs out to the street to make sure no problems there. Am very pleased and will recommend West Side Drain to anyone who needs this type of service!

Used them again in 2017. Great communication start-to-finish, quick response -- no problems. I thought it was going to cost a fortune and it ended up being a simple problem that was easily resolved. As a long-distance landlord, I really appreciate the honesty since I can't always be present to confirm things in person.

The guy who answered the phone today, I think the owner was rude, short and inconsiderate. I would not recommend. I quote "" we can't help you and hung up"".

Not impressed. I was charged almost $300 for tech to come out and blow hp water in both ends of rain drain between street and house. Tech then said he could not get through it and I asked what the next step was. He said he could put a camera down the drain for $195. I gracefully declined, went down to Home Depot, rented a mini rooter and cleared the drain in about an hour for $35. Like the old saying goes, if you need it done right, do it yourself.

I'm a realtor and had a lender require a septic certification just before closing and I was in a bind. I called West Side Drain and Victor was not only willing to drop everything to help me the same day but was incredibly kind and reassuring. And his pricing was incredible! I ended up not needing the certification after all and cancelled my appointment but I will certainly be using Victor and his services for any of my future needs as well as recommending him to my clients.
