My alarm went on, so I called the phone number on the panel, they were too busy and referred me to another company, this company referred me to west side drain. Quick scheduling and a minimum fee $495. A young man came for over an hour and said everything was fine, for further diagnosis we should connect the panel to the network of the manufacturer. I asked him whether the alarm would ring again. He said this should be fine.
One day later, Thalarm went on again. We called the manufacturer and they said the service company should have device that could connect to the panel for diagnosis, no need to connect to the network to the manufacturer.
So we called another service company, they came and found out that the filter was blocked. They fixed that problem. And the alarm stopped ringing. They only charged half of what west side Drain did.

Update on 10/21, the owner is responsible and contacted me to issue a full refund, so I modified the rating.

Westside Drain pumped my RV for me. They called to let me know that they could meet me earlier, which was very much appreciated. I'm new to RVing and was very stressed about the situation, but Jon was able to give me some tips and help me figure things out with my system. He was very kind and did a great job. We had a serious back up and they were out quickly and solved the back up in a timely manner. The technician that came out was professional and did a great job. Their price was fair, and actually a lot less than the other companies we called. They did not try to sell us anything extra, and instead came out and did the job we asked them to do. He was very prompt and courteous and Josh, the service technician was very helpful. He came and fixed the problem correctly.
Melinda also was very nice and very helpful and did an outstanding job, following up with me every step of the way, until the job was finished.

My toilet was leaking around the base. West Side Drain responded quickly to my request for both a sight-unseen diagnosis of the problem and a quote. The diagnosis turned out to be correct, the cost to correct the problem was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely manner.

Doug from West Side Drain went above and beyond for us today. At first we thought it was a simple clog, but it turned out to be much much more. He eventually found the main cause of the issue, and suggested a few good plumbers to finish the job. Today was a stressful day, but Doug helped us out tremendously. I have a downspout that would go into the piece into the ground and then the piece in the ground would flood over. And then it would stop flooding and then rhythmically flood over again. So clearly I had a problem. With the threat of more rain coming as we are still in February I wanted to take care of it sooner than later before my yard flooded or worse. I called West side drain and talk to Justin. He came out today he was very professional, informative, he listened to me which was really important being a woman a lot of times you don't get heard. Justin found the pipe that was clogged found where it came out at the street as well. He then went out of his way to dig it out the area where the pipe was clogged at the street so there was a flow and recommended that I continue that process so that this doesn't happen in the future. He was soaked and muddy and wet and had to be very cold yet he had a really great attitude and really seem concerned that my problem was solved. Also when I called for a quote they were able to quote me an The bottom line rate on the phone based on the description of my problem. So I had an idea going into it about ish what it may cost.He got all of this done in an hour. I would highly recommend this company. I have dealt with lotta different contractors and I know what I'm talking about and I know when I'm talking to someone who is being truthful with me and Justin and west side the drain are truthful, honest and hard-working you can't go wrong hiring them.

We have used these guys before and they were responsive and did a good job. Today Justin was out and because I was on a call and asked him to wait a few minutes he packed up to leave. He ignored me when I tried to apologize that I was on the phone. Very unprofessional guy. I won't use this company again.
