Called Tony from West Shore Plumbing about a leak dripping from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs bedroom. He came to our home promptly, had a friendly, competent demeanor, quickly diagnosed the leak source and replaced the faulty valve under the bathroom sink, made a couple other minor repairs, cleaned up, and charged us a very fair price. We were very happy, especially after an awful experience with a different plumbing company.
We'd like to give West Shore Plumbing six stars!

Tony helped us fix a pesky slow leak under our home in a matter of minutes. He arrived quickly and crawled under to inspect the problem. He also tightened a few other pipes that could become problematic and explained in detail the importance of doing so. He really seems to know his trade well. I'm looking to work with him again on installing a dishwasher for our home too.

Tony is the best plumber I've ever worked with. I've been using his services for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. He is always quick to respond to my calls and goes above and beyond what is expected. He always shows up on time and will spend as much time as needed to get the job done right. He is friendly and personable and I truly enjoy his company.

He recently installed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal, air gap, and instant hot water heater/filter for us. When he realized the sink we purchased didn't fit quite right he went out and rented a diamond blade saw to cut several notches in our granite to customize the fit. He did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier. He even took the time to tell us the best way to take care of our new sink and all of our new parts, and how to prolong the life of the plumbing itself.

Tony is an outstanding plumber and a great guy. I've never written a yelp review before, but he is so good I wanted to take the time to let everyone know.

It's after 7pm and Tony is still working to re-install my water heater (after some other contractors had been working on my laundry room floor until 5pm) so that I can have a hot shower in the morning. Wow! A plumber with a heart and amazing skill. West Shore Plumbing (i.e. Tony) has done a lot of work for me and he has ALWAYS gone the ""extra mile"" to help make my home safe and functional. And he's reasonably priced too! Definitely recommend!

We manage a condo in the old village at Northstar. The building is 30 years old, and many people have trouble with the shower water temperature swinging from too hot to too cold. One guest complained about it (we hadn't realized it was that bad), so we wanted to get the problem fixed quickly before the next guests arrived. Tony was able to come out the day after I called, and he was very efficient. People had told us we needed an anti-scald device, but that doesn't help when the water gets too cold. Tony installed a pressure balance system that regulates the temperature in both directions. It works great!

Tony came to my house and installed 2 tankless hot water heaters. He did a great job for a reasonable price. I would highly recomend tankless hot water heaters, it saves you money on your gas or electric bill. And you never run out of hot water. And tony is a very professional plumber for the price. So hire west shore plumbing for all your lake Tahoe plumbing needs. and think about installing a tankless hot water heater. most people only need 1. Thanks Lela
