It was easy to set up an appointment: they have someone answering the phone instead of making you leave a message.

He came over to install a ""p-trap"" under the kitchen sink. The space was tight in there, but he figured out a way to connect all the pieces without taking too much apart, and without cutting open more of the cabinet. He was very friendly and professional too. Recommended if you're in West Seattle!

Quick response to phone message, and friendly service. Rates are very good. Solved our blocked drain problem in about 30 minutes. Will defineatly use them again. Thanks to Yelp users for the great reviews that made up my mind to call. The BIG BOYS in West Seattle were going to take up to a week to MAYBE have an opening.

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

Found the via community reference, and Bill is AWESOME!!

He came over on initial visit, diagnosed the problem, came back 3 days later (when we had someone at home) and knocked out the problem, fixed the issues, and was a pleasure to interact with. Both he and the lady who schedules his time were professional and a real breath of fresh air!!!!

Bill is a great guy that happens to be a plumber. He has done about $10k worth of work for me at my facility in West Seattle. From the big jobs to the small ones I know I can count on him.

We had a busted sewer line and Bill was knee deep in poo and he still had a great attitude and he knew exactly what to do. I was throwing up behind the bulldozer thing because the smell was so bad. It was terrible.

I trust him to do all my work and I highly recommend him if you're in deep poo.

We had a deep clog in our washer drain. West Seattle sewer and drain was recommended by friends and I had met him before by chance... Bells went off ... I Liked this man when I met him. [ Bill ]
I called , spoke with Diane and made an appointment. he was on time fixed the problem and I can catch up on laundry.
I agree with whoever said he's honest to a fault . I won't hesitate to call him if I need a plumber again.

I was referred to WS Sewer & Drain by a friend and I could not be more impressed with Bill and Judy. They were so helpful. I didn't need immediate assistance so was able to schedule and get Bill over for an appointment and then a second appointment once all my parts came in without issue. Bill was fast, courteous and knowledgable.
