This morning I had a plumbing emergency. My water heater failed and my whole basement had water in it. I HAD to get a plumber in right away to ""officially determine"" the cause of the water for insurance reasons.

I called the plumbers one by one, right down the list until I came to WEST PLUMBING. (They're also listed as AAA PLUMBING, according to their same address and phone numbers, which threw me off a bit)

Anyway, they sent a tech over right away. As great as that was, it DID make me wonder if they were any good , you know?.. usually if they're good, they're impossible to get an appointment with...
But they turned out to be great!
They removed my old water heater and put in a new one all in one day - today! So now I have functioning cold and hot water - in one day

I still have the water mitigation clean up, etc to deal with. But at least now I can take a shower and use the water. Thank you WEST-AAA PLUMBING

Ivan was the best plumber I've ever had! Competent and fast. If you're having a hard time getting them for service right away, it's because they are so busy doing awesome jobs for others! They are worth the wait if you're able.
