Service requested: New toilet installation Quality: Very high. I like that their plumbers put on the shoe covers upon entering the home. Both the plumber who came out to give a quote and the plumbers who did the installation were very nice and professional. I truly liked the 2 installers. They were both so nice and professional. Value: I received a year warranty on the installation as the toilet was delivered to my home at the time of installation by West Plumbing. To not have to worry about leaks is worth the price I was charged. Conclusion: Highly recommend. Kudos to the plumbers involved in my installation as well as West Plumbing. They were prompt and ensured I was satisfied with the installation prior to leaving my home. I plan on calling West Plumbing again when we get ready for our shower renovation.

When the plumbing connections behind the kitchen sink cabinet between the studs within the drywall deteriorated to the point they began leaking, a lot, I called several plumbing businesses. Only West Plumbing responded and a technician was scheduled for the last appointment of the day. Due to previous appointments being more involved than originally estimated the technician arrived later than planned, but my wife and I were glad he showed.​​ From the first contact my wife and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism due to his clean appearance, ​​his courtiousness, and when he put his shoe covers before entering the house my wife became very glad. When he looked at the water damage of the kitchen floor around the sink area and went under the crawl space his knowledge of his trade was evident because he diagnosed the problem and gave options on how best to correct the situation. I'm not a plumber so I asked many questions. He took the time to answer each one with respect of my ignorance and used plain layman's terms so I became aware of what exactly to expect. This technician was undoubtedly one of the very few """"professionals"""" who respected the potential customer​(s) enough to put forth the effort to earnestly earn their business. West Plumbing should consider itself blessed to have an employee such as this individual. A plan to temporarily to get running water throughout the house, with the exception of the kitchen sink, was agreed upon and was about to be enacted. The technician would return when an available future appointment was available to complete a permanent repair. Then, there was the phone call. The technician took the call as he excused himself saying it was his supervisor. As the conversation developed I gathered the technician was being chastised because of his time spent at my house. After the call he explained his supervisor had inquired about the amount of time spent and the """"lack"""" of worked being accomplished. Indeed, if work was to be accomplished I was to be charged a fee. When that """"work"""" was to be completed I would be charged another fee for the permanent repair. I asked if the 1st charge could be creditted towards the final repair. The technician seemed to think not. Since I'm not afraid to chat with anyone I asked if I could speak with this supervisor. He agreed. I learned a great deal from our conservation. Not only was the supervisor disappointed about the technician's time spent at my location, worse yet, no work was accomplished and fees not charged nor received. I countered by saying the technician's time WAS well spent and """"work"""" WAS accomplished because of the several options considered. In no uncertain terms I was informed the 1st charge was to be charged and not credited to the permanent repair. The curt language and tone of the supervisor's voice revealed, to my wife and I, the business model used by West Plumbing: PROFIT OVER PPEOPLE. In other words, get the money now then get more money later. Had the technician been allowed to nurture the customer - busineess relationship by working with the customer and exhibiting some compassion and empathy, because of this non planned event, a solid long lastig relationship could (should) have been created. As a result I didn't agree to the 1st charged and scheduled a future appointment for a permanent reapair. I, however, must give the supervisor credit because the insistence of """"policy"""" caused my blood pressure to be raised enough to the point where I was given the courage, tenacity, fortitude, and determination to accomplish the complete permanent repair myself with my wife assisting. A demonstrable amount of money was saved. When the technician returned he was impressed with what was accomplished. He performed a minor twerk and adjusted the original cost estimate to reflect the work already done. My wife and I were very satisfied with how the technician worked through the """"events"""" and resolved it with professionalism, courtesy, and sincerity. When we amicably parted ways I emphised the point it wasn't he with which my wife and I had the issue. As for West Plumbing, due to the rock hard business model of """"Profit over People"""", I will be very hesitant to utilize this company in the future. Respectably and sincerely, R. G. F.

They might do good work but drive like crazy people. Almost got hit trying to go to traffic light on Watson in front of Walmart. But hole pulled out in front of me. They don't even use turn signals when switching lanes.

We recently needed some significant work to be done on our plumbing. We contacted a few local plumbers. But, only West Plumbing gave us the only reasonable price to come out and determine what was needed. they are the only plumbing company that gave a us a written estimate( with photos) and not a guess-ti-mate. This company was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They also did not cut corners and made sure the city issued them the correct permits and did a final inspection of the work. We deeply appreciate the West Plumbing team of Brittany(office) and Rob(Master plumber) and Dewalt(Plumbers Assistant). The West Team made sure we understood every step of the process. Everyone, was Respectful, Approachable, Professional, Hardworking and Honest. That is what really sold us, the integrity/Honesty.  We highly recommend this company for those who are looking for a reputable company. Used West Plumbing for the first time yesterday evening for a clogged drain pipe that was keeping us from using any water in the house. Their service guy showed up in less than 30 minutes (even though this was on a Sunday night), got right to work and had us fixed up and running water again in only an hour or so. The wife and I were both very impressed and will definitely be using West Plumbing from now on. Highly recommended.

After calling 2 different plumbers and having neither of them show up I asked around for a reliable company. Some people from church suggested West Plumbing. I called and set up an appointment. They showed in the agreed time slot and gave me a quote. The main water line coming into the house from the meter was leaking in the middle of my yard. We scheduled the work to be done. This 3 hour job turned into an 8 hour job because of the wonky way the plumbing was done when the original owner built the house. Then they had to come back twice to reconnect the outside spigots. They did a great job and were so very nice. In the middle of all that my hot water heater started leaking. They fixed that too. They will be my first and only call for any future plumbing. I feel I can trust them to do the work at the price they originally quote no matter the difficulties no add on fees and they do it with professionalism and kindness.

Horrible job done!! Water was not as hot as it had been in the past. Normally that means we have lost an element in the hot water heater. We know because we've been in this house for 18 yrs!!!I So we called this company. I set up an appointment for them to come out BUT when the guy finally showed up he wouldn't listen to what I had to say about what I thought/ knew was wrong. So, he went under the house to """"look"""" at the hot water heater and that is absolutely all he did!! He never even REMOVED the cover to the ELEMENTS which means he never even looked at them. I know he didn't cause I stood there and watched him the entire time. He kept telling me it couldn't possibly be the ELEMENTS. So, he leaves after doing NOTHING and charging me 45 dollars just to talk!!! So, I called another company and they came out and actually looked at the ELEMENTS which BOTH were bad!!! I will NEVER use this company again!!!

We had a leaking pipe under our sink so we called West to come have a look and since it was a relatively easy fix it was done the same day. I am constantly amazed at their professional service, kindness and outstanding work. I cannot imagine calling anyone else after the above and beyond service we always receive.

This was my family's first choice to go with West Plumbing since we did not know anyone around the Byron/Warner Robins area who had a recommendable customer service and great review history and did great work. So I did Google search and found a few options for plumbers so I gave West Plumbing a call and a repair technician was quickly appointed to a day I was open from them to come out and fix the issue I had with my heater. The gentleman that came out today was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and he told me a few things what to look for and etc. The customer service relations I received from the technician and the lady who answered the phone was top knotch and this company is highly recommended by my family and I. Thank you again!
