I came home from work and I had a puddle of water in my garage. It was coming from my water softener. I called my home warranty and they said they don't cover water softeners. So I yelped West Plumbing...called and he came in 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the softener. He drove to Home Depot and brought it over right away and installed it. He was quick and efficient. I will definitely use west plumbing again!

I had west plumbing replace an undercounter stainless sink with a neoroc drop in over granite. They had to cut the granite to fit the sink in. Stainless was too much of a scratch headache. Jim was the guy who did the work with his partner. They were not exceptional, they were better than that if there is another word to describe them. The work was top shelf quality, perfect fit and even added a hot water dispenser to boot. A little messy with granite dust but nothing a cleaning service couldn't handle. Prices were fair and I would highly recommend this company hands down for your plumbing needs. Great job. Thank you

I asked West Plumbing to install a sink and faucet. I made the decision to choose James over others, due to he gave me a price over the phone that was comparable to other companies but the others wanted to also come and look, even though I had sent pictures to them. Not that I mind free estimates, but waiting for someone to come and verify a price only to have them increase it for reasons I know aren't valid (I'm a female and used to do my own repairs) is a waste of everyone's time. Also, some won't return calls in time. In fact, one company that was supposed to call me back the day before but didn't, ended up calling me right after James left. Had to say ""sorry, job done"". Thank you James, you guys were not only quick, you did a great job!

There is little that compares to the feeling of seeing water pour out from under your sink. When I had the misfortune of that experience, I quickly called James at West Plumbing. He came right over, immediately identified the problem, assured me that I didn't need to be embarrassed about how simple of a fix it was, and he was on his way.

Of course, when we needed a plumber while preparing to sell our house, we called James again. The process was simple, same as the time before; he provided a quote, did the job, showed me how it worked, and emailed me a receipt including a photo of the solution. This was handy because I could forward it to my realtor and she easily check-marked the job complete.

He's professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. I will definitely keep his number around at our new house!

A pipe in my ceiling burst when I was not there. What a mess! James responded right away and coordinated a time my brother could meet him at my house. He gave me two options for repair then replaced the entire pipe. It turned out the one that had burst was not up to code. The job only took several hours. He gave a quick look at the pipes that were visible and gave me peace of mind. I was very pleased!

I had just purchased a gas slide in range. I thought I would need to move the gas line in order to close gap behind it. James and his co-worker (forgot his name) came out within a couple of hours of my call. James was able to reposition existing gas line to make it work. Only took a few minutes and just a service call fee. This is the way to do business. He will have all my future plumbing business!
