Great Service, Owner came right out and inspected leaking water heater and got me a quote with in a day. West One was the best quote, included the permit, purchase and installation of the water heater. Water heater was quoted on Monday and installed by Friday!! They add great value to there service by being so quick and cleaning up after the job was done!!!

Replaced our septic pump with an old one, which we were not aware of, pretty much just put it in the tank and left the rest for us. it quit working within a year. The guy who showed up did it off the books, which we were not aware of, and charged us triple what it should have cost. We called and they said they would make it right and then never answered another call.

Ridiculously overpriced. vague invoices that don't arrive for a month or more. won't give any idea of anticipated costs unless you demand it, and even then gives a lot of 'qualifiers.' His work itself is pretty good, so I gave him 2 stars rather than one. but needs a lot of work on the business side as to pricing, invoicing, transparency as to expected costs.

I called to see about them connecting a propane hot water tank up, The receptionist asked me some questions that I didn't know the answers to (why I called a plumber) she said it would be over $1000 to do the job and when I told her there was no way I could afford that she called me a joker and hung up! I wouldn't have their services now if they PAID me! Terrible customer service!

Hired to find a leak, destroyed my kitchen looking for it, drywall, insulation and mold scattered everywhere. Didn't cover with tarps or protective material before ripping into my home. Wanted to make an 'under the table' deal and leave insurance out to get paI'd quicker. Instead wrote the bill for over $4000 for 3.5 hours of work. Only call them if you want your wallet raped and home destroyed.

Great service and job. Heidi was excellent finding out what we needed to get our new gas range hooked up.
And Weston and his team were so helpful making sure that everything was hooked up correctly.

Requested a bid for a new build. They took all the information they needed and expected to hear back from them. After calling them multiple times leaving messages asking them to return my calls and let me know status of bid, I never heard back from them. The funny part is their answering machine states they'll get back to me right away. Very unprofessional.
