Best company to call for your plumbing/ septic needs. Let me share my story. A couple weeks ago my plumbing backed up and a team of guys came out to handle it. Each and everyone of them were very friendly, courteous and respectful. They came out did what they had to do and left. Well being that my house is old and plumbing is ancient as soon as they left the problem reoccured. When I called to inform them they immediately sent one of the guys back without hesitation. Well let me tell you this guy, Justin, is amazing! I swear to you it felt like having a cousin working for me. He was very well mannered and respectful. Justin literally went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the problem was corrected. It never once felt like a stranger was in my home more like family. Being a single mother on top of living in the middle of nowhere I'm pretty skeptical of people coming in my home. When I say not once did I feel that skepticism while he was there, nope not even once! I truly believe that the average person would have long given up but not Justin. He stayed until the job was complete and it was hectic. We laughed shared a few stories and brainstormed together. I highly recommend that you ask for Justin when you call. Again all the guys were great however being that Justin was the """"lucky"""" one to return I really got to meet him on a different level. So when you call for service please ask for Justin you won't be disappointed!

First, they schedule quickly as possible, call and notify us as they are coming and on this event called the next morning to make sure all was fine. A small repair for a toliet ring compounded into a much more complicated event related to a prior service which took four hours in very inclement weather. Very professional, and pleased with their craftsmanship.

Beware!!! $2700 !!! Needed someone asap as we had sewage leaking out in our basement. THis happened at 4:30 December 20, other places I called had not gotten back to me yet. they answered the phone, said they could come on out. I told them the situation and that our tank had not been pumped for at least 10 years---quoted a price of anywhere between $275- $500-- so we said come on out. When they got here at 7pm they then said it would be $2700 ! Pointed out things like solids in tank blah blah, --we are not experts AND we had told them we had people coming over the next day- BINGO they knew we were in a desperate spot and took GREAT advantage of it. Afterwards, I called other companies and their top end prices with our situation- were $750 from one company and $950 from another. When I went to the owner to complain- he said and I quote """"That's what I tell my girls to do in the office, because if they had told you it would be $2700 you would have hung up the phone.""""' Owner was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Too many other places with nice reputable people-- check out all reviews even BBB before you call this company- wish I had. :(

Shame on you West Georgia Plumbing and Septic. I was lied to and told I needed a whole new septic for $3,500.00. I was told by the tech my tank could not be pumped and it was full of roots that took at least 5 to 10 years of growth. I was then charged $385.00 to have an alleged clog removed. I had another company come out and easily break up the thin layer of roots and pump my tank and give me advice on what I would need to do to maintain my tank. I will never ever use your company again. I will also warn other people of what your company is about. I am a single mother of a 2 year old, the little money I make keeps us going. In my opinion either your company or your tech need an ethics reevaluation and to reconsider how you do business.

Would not recommend. My husband and I had to get some work done on our new home's septic tank. We were charged an obnoxious amount for them to pump our tank and lie about other services they did for us. They also did not fix the problem we initially had and the problems got worse. Once I called them to come back out, they came and dug up our yard and tried to preform a service that we never requested. I requested for them to run a line and see if we had any issues. They ran a camera up the line and realized that our line was completely broken. If they would have ran a camera last time like they wrote in the report they would have found that. I am very disappointed with the service we received.

West Georgia Plumbing and Septic came out to replace a water pipe leading into my house that had ruptured. They drilled a new hole from my basement to the outside but didn't bother to seal that hole. Now everytime it rains, it drains water into my basement. They refuse to come fix the problem, saying they never did the work when I have the text they sent when they were setting up our appointment.

Very expensive, to many hidden cost I will never go to them again. Quoted $275 over the phone that cost was never mentioned again I had no problems just needed pumping. Don't use them I promise there are so many cheaper places wish I knew that before hand.

Very unprofessional and lack business acumen. They quoted one price and ended up charging us triple what they quoted and the worst part is they did not ask/review with us any findings that would require additional work which would cost us more money. They claimed they ran a camera through our line which ended up costing us an additional $425 which they did not ask or get permission to do so. Then they gave us a hand scribbled receipt which looked like a 5 year old wrote. We truly feel like they overcharged us. Didn't even tell us it would be an additional $50 to use our credit card, lack of communication, we should have been told that so we could make the decision on whether we wanted to pay the credit card fee or pay you in cash. I had to call the office to get a legible, itemized receipt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE OUT HERE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! I'm sharing this info in my HOA email, just so my neighbors know to never do business with you. We'll never use your business again.

Overcharged on my CC/DEBIT used both. Guys in the field did a great job will not complain about that. Invoice is incorrect, I complained about my original estimate (350-700+) Disputed w bank and uploaded. That turned into 800$, the intake pipe to the tank had to be replaced (15min) which turned it into $1224 total charged (according to invoice). All done in 2hrs. I designed and inspected these systems for over 600+ homes. Yet the invoice states clearly. $1130. A $93 dollar difference. This was simply price gouging. Charged $990 on CC Charged $234 on Debit 1224 charged. Invoice states 1131 total. 93$ bucks difference. I was helping a friend move and this gets my goat...and their attitude when I called was the deal sealer. 5 stars for the actual work. 1 star for the cluster truck billing. Building 2 cabins on property, will not go near this scab of a business.
