I had my septic take cleaned out 3 months ago by a different company that as far as i was concerned they did a good job.......but they did not clean out my filter for the leachline , so my septic tank stoped flowing!!!!! that ended up costing me a total of $1,100.00 for their mistake.

But..... then I called WEST-END They came out and found the mistake from the other company and cleand my filter........which they said they ALWAYS do with each cleaning. and my tank started working as it should again.

Septic tank pumping. Called in the morning and truck arrived in 1.5 hr as scheduled. Setup hoses to septic tank and septic sewage pumping under an hour. Septic tank was emptied and is working good again. Professional value priced service. I would use again in the future.

I highly recommend West End Pumping for any septic related issue, these guys are professional in their job and in dealing with their customers. I hired West End Pumping for pumping my septic and run inspection camera to make sure the piping has no issues also install rises. Polo came for the job and walk me through the services that he can offer me with the prices. Polo took his time to do the job and was thorough, he didnt mind me interrupting him while he was working and he will stop what he is doing and answer my questions. Polo and his helper completed the job and cleaned the working area before they left

I will never use these guys again. Their owner was rude and seemed mad. They should have pumped both tanks and just pumped one, knowing the other one needed pumping they brought a camera out and pretended it showed a whole leach field failure and tried to charge me $3000. Thank goodness I found someone to tell me I just needed the other tank pumped. Do not call them if your not an expert on septic systems. The minute they see you don't know much about them they will rip you off.
