We were considering buying a property and started lining up inspections. We didn't find any personal recommendations for the sewer inspection and so we turned to Yelp. My fellow Yelpers did not let me down. Bronzon and his crew were on time, and performed the inspection in a timely manner. They showed us a video of the inspection and provided honest feedback about the condition of the sewer line, what repairs would be needed, and approximately what those repairs would cost. Bronzon stated to me that his company does not actually perform the repairs, as it would be a conflict of interest to do so. I appreciated his professionalism. In the end we did not purchase this particular property, partly due to the issues that were uncovered during this inspection. We're looking forward to working with Bronzon again when we find another interesting property.

We are currently in escrow to purchase a home in Lake Balboa. Bronzon was recommended from our home inspector as we wanted to make sure the plumbing was sound. We had heard too many horror stories about plumbing backing up a few months after closing escrow.

Brozon was punctual and very helpful in explaining how it all works in plain english! LOL
He explained in detail the different plumbing we had (plastic and clay) as well as answering all of our questions.

I called West Coast Sewer Inspection after another company left me hanging by not showing up. Bronzon showed up on time, was clean, professional, and got to work quickly. He explained everything we saw through the camera and was knowledgeable about the types of sewer lines and the history of materials used.

Since this company doesn't repair lines, they have no reason to blow any issues found out of proportion to charge for the fix.

Overall I would highly recommend WCSI.

Bronzon and West Coast Sewer Inspection are as good as it gets. They are professionals, very good at what they do and they generally care about their role as inspectors assisting parties in making very important decisions. They take their job seriously, do not cut corners and go the extra mile to make sure they do a thorough job.

I was referred to West Coast Sewer Inspection as I needed a second opinion on a sewer inspection done by another very large inspection company (Elite). West Coast found a fairly significant damaged line and sewer lead. This was completely missed by the other inspector as they could not even get the scope through the line and just gave up without going the extra mile that West Coast went to scope the entire line. West Coast Sewer saved us from buying the house without knowing about this sewer leak into the soil in the front lawn costing thousands to fix. We are now requesting that the Seller pay for the repairs we would have been stuck with had West Coast not been such a good inspector. Hire them if you need a very good inspector, you will not be disappointed. BTW, this is the second Yelp review I have every written.
