West Coast Sewer Inspection
Company Overview
We conduct video inspections and hydrojetting on all drain lines for homes and businesses. A comprehensive report is generated, featuring photos and video that illustrate the depth and position of the main sewer line, as well as the state of the pipes. We also offer estimates for any necessary repairs based on the pipe's condition. We are equipped to handle minor repairs when required. We aim to provide a clear and honest evaluation of what your sewer line requires.
We may be a new company, but we have extensive experience and have completed thousands of inspections. We specialize in sewer video inspections and hydrojetting for both residential and commercial properties. We ensure that every client gets a narrated video and a thorough report.
My name is Bronzon Pichlik, and as a South Bay local, I have conducted thousands of inspections. West Coast Sewer Inspection captures video footage of the main sewer line for homeowners and delivers a complete report on the same day. We also perform hydrojetting to clear blocked lines or heavy root intrusions.

Such great service with a sense or urgency!!! The inspection report was very easy to understand along with video explanation! Highly recommend!!!!

Technician did a camera check of both sewer and house plumbing. very thorough and honest. Recommended this company

Whenever our clients buy a single-family residence, we always recommend they do a sewer inspection. Sewer issues can be incredibly expensive, and we never want our clients to be surprised by costly repairs down the line. It's essential to know the full picture of the entire home. The tricky part is finding a sewer inspection company that's both good and fair. We've tried many other companies before finding West Coast Sewer Inspection, and it can often feel like some inspectors are just trying to get a job out of it. Regardless of whether we represent the buyer or seller, we prioritize full transparency.
We first found this company when a different company quoted a massive amount for a complete sewer replacement. We represented the buyer and were able to negotiate the full sewer replacement, but I wasn't fully convinced it was necessary. Bronzon from West Coast Sewer Inspection took the time to educate us on the situation, and everything he explained made so much more sense. Since then, we have always chosen to work with West Coast Sewer Inspection.
Today, I am sitting in my car writing this review because, once again, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, patience, and kindness. Nemo performed the inspection the first time and again today. During the process, the seller needed to clear the vent before the re-inspection could take place due to an obstruction found in the initial inspection. Because the property wasn't ready, we had to reschedule twice, and Bronzon was incredibly patient throughout. Nemo took the time to explain every detail to our clients. Their team always narrates the inspections, making it easy for our clients to understand. They make the entire process seamless, and we appreciate that so much.

I highly recommend Bronzon for sewer inspections. He is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot during the inspection. I'm very grateful that his service helped me discover the sewer leak early.

Both Nemo and Bronzon provided expert analysis of our sewer drain, and then cleaned out the accumulated roots with no damage to our 60 year old clay sewer pipe. The camera used to inspect the drain is excellent and easy to view- so the homeowner understands the process and the condition of the pipe.

West Coast Sewer Inspection inspected my sewer line just prior to our buying a house in 2020. They did a thorough inspection with videos. However I cannot give them 5 stars for 2 reasons. First their camera line was not long enough to reach the city sewer line (second photo). I feel they should have given us a discount for this. Second and most important they recommended a cleanout (first photo) right next to an existing cleanout which is covered by a concrete step stone (first photo). In all fairness I removed the stone and at a depth of about 2 to 3 feet there looked to me this must be a cleanout. About a year ago, I asked a second plumber if this was a cleanout. He said no. Last week I had the line hydro jetted through that cleanout. I think maybe my cleanout does not look what you would expect.

Nemo came out to a property we wanted to buy and was able to quickly deduce that he could only use the sewer camera from the roof. His video with narration was really clear, and he made sure to explain everything he saw and the company even sent a list of plumbers and other services we can use to maintain and fix the property in the future. Thanks so much!

West Coast Sewer Inspection are true professionals and I am so happy I chose them to perform a sewer inspection on a home I'm looking to purchase. Bronzon got me scheduled right away and answered any questions I had. Nemo performed the actual inspection and explained his findings very clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Both of them were very courteous and a pleasure to work with. I also received the inspection report and video that very same evening as promised.
Thank you West Coast Sewer Inspection!

Fast, detailed, friendly. Couldn't be happier. I even received a detailed video of the sewer scope findings. Awesome.

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. Nemo was reccomended to us by our general inspector. He was right on time, and very friendly and helpful throughout the sewer inspection process. We appreciated that he took the time to explain the what was going on with the sewer lines around our home, and everything should/could happen to the integrity of the lines in the future if we did repairs or left as is.
