Solid work and came on time. They won't push any work that isn't needed onto you needlessly. Saved us some money because we had them come over for an inspection and hydro jet, but upon inspection a hydro jet was not needed, which saved time and money.

Trusting this company was a costly choice for us. Being new to the process of sewer inspection, we trusted them. The recommendation was ""you need to get the line hydrojetted."" Our mistake was taking this as the diagnosis and not the recommendation for a next (and urgent) step. Our wish is that it had been conveyed to us that basically nothing had happened (because they couldn't see the line and just recommended to call a different company for hydro jet services). So we kept moving and closed on our house with that on our to do list. To our great dismay when we got around to hydrojetting, we were hit with a $20k surprise that 100% should have been identified before closing. After multiple backups, we've now learned much about the process and have had multiple companies come out to inspect the line (companies that BOTH can scope the line with a camera and hydro jet if needed so I'm also not sure why we'd in the future need to hire 2 different companies in the first place) and learned a lot about sewage lines. Bottom line: we used this company and were simply told that there were roots and we needed to hydro jet to clear (which they couldn't do). What SHOULD have happened was that the inspection was NOT signed off on without thoroughly inspecting the line (even if that required an additional step). All parties moved forward and we soon learned that the line was completely broken and we needed major work done.

This team is awesome! Especially Bronzon and Rick, who are so personable and helpful. My inspector (Gerald from Scotland Yard Inspectors) recommended West Coast Sewer Inspection to me, and I'm so glad he did!
I had to get a sewer inspection quick as I only had 7 days to inspect the property I was in escrow with, and this team made it happen the very next day.
Rick took video footage of the whole inspection, and walked me through everything while calling out any concerns. He even showed me where the plumbing was in the narrow crawl space, and gave me pointers on standard maintenance.
10/10 would recommend this team to anyone!

These guys are simply the best. I use them for all my sewer inspections (I'm a Realtor) and their reports are extremely clear and descriptive . Most importantly, the overall presentation of their findings to my clients (and myself!) are well laid out. If somethings not a huge deal they're not going to make it seem like the worlds on fire and scare everyone into a panic. Highly recommend them.
