These guys are crooks and very unprofessional. When people call, they expect to reach West Coast Sanitation not Johnny. After talking to this guy for 30 seconds, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. Learn how to answer the phone. Their prices are ridiculous. You have been warned.

We used West Coast for a C42 certification. After paying in full we were never able to obtain the certification from West Coast. The owner kept claiming he needed more info and would return calls days later each time costing our project time and money. After close to a month of waiting after we provided West Coast with the requested information and still no certification we chose to call someone else. The new company came out and the next day we had our certification. The new company needed no information from us to complete their work. When we called to let west coast know we had to go else where the owners response was oh good now you can start your pool. I would not recommend West Coast to anyone. If you do decide to use hold your money until they are complete with the work being paid for.

Top notch service, I needed my septic tank vacuumed and they showed up with in the hour.
Johnny did an outstanding job, and went above and beyond what I expected. He is very knowledgeable at his job and did more than expected. After he cleaned out our tanks he had me flush the bathroom and it was still flooded. He actually took the time to dig out the ground to find the clean out tube and clear it out. If it wasn't for him I would still have crap in my tub.
I was very pleased with his service and I will be using them again in the near future, and recommend them to all my neighbors and family. Johnny really made sure that I wasnt gonna have issues in the near future and made sure that the clog was clear before he left, while his phone was blowing up with other possible jobs. He didnt want to leave until he knew it was done. This guy is very good at what he does. A1 service all the way. Thank you Johnny.

I called the phone number on one of the trucks because the truck practically ran me off the road even though I was merging because my lane was ending and the truck was acting like it was a race.!!!


Not sure if you need a class a license for this company
But I myself work for a trucking company and safety is the number one thing we Emphasize!!!

After you clearly hung up on me , I called you back and you rejected me call I left you a voicemail too to give you a chance on making it right and nothing.

I'm disgusted with your customer service and how you handled the situation John, but after talking to you and your actions it makes sense why your drivers drive like shit.

I hope you learn your lesson. Karma is a bitch.

I use them in the past and the were good but this time it was horrible. Johnny(owner) was very unpleasant to deal with and blamed the customer(me) for a septic cover that one of his workers broke and refused to replace it. I will NEVER use their service again. It is a shame that they lost a customer for life.

Just an update: The office manager sent the certificate 24 hrs after the completion of the job. I guess Johnny has a company policy that he will not change even when he knew the certificate was needed for escrow to close. I will say Johnny did rearrange his schedule to get the job done so I will give them 3 stars. If I had received the certificate the day the job was done, it would have been 5 stars. It was pricey but the other companies couldn't do the job until next week so I guess you pay more when you need it done right away.

John and his crew are great, I am an Realtor and I have never had problems they always on time and great service. I been working with West Coast Sanitation since 2005 and there great. I recommend and do business with West Coast Sanitation because I can't seem to have any complaints from customer's that I have closed deals with.

We needed a C42 inspection and something showing an alternate expansion area so we can install a swimming pool. Prior to pulling a permit the health department must sign off our pool plan and they denied us the first time saying we need a C42 and new expansion area. We called West Coast Sanitation and spoke with Johnny. Johnny sent his crew to our house the next day and they plotted our septic and leach field. Within a week we received the report from Johnny and took it to the heath department. They signed off on it! And now we are getting our pool! We couldn't be happier with this company and highly recommend them!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is owned by ""Johnny"" who is the President (he was also the person who completed the inspection) of the company and he was unwilling to offer a reinspection. He completed a septic cert on a home purchase in May 2017. After encountering concerns with our septic we reached out to him only to have him say, ""you want us to come out for free... what is it that you think we didn't do?"" - when that was never the case. I attempted to explain our situation over two telephone calls and he was less than pleasant, rude and was the worst person I have ever had to deal with. We were very willing to pay for a reinspection. He didn't want to come back out. Which was a huge red flag. Beware. Use other service.

I had them come out and pump my tanks and they were late and didn't communicate with me. I had to call 5 times before they finally showed up. I need my septic system looked at for a possible leach line failure for the future so I gave them my information but never heard back. I called again because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt (may be really busy) but they had no record of my request or service to my septic. I scheduled an appointment today 7/31/17. I was told at 2pm they would be here in 30 min....no one showed. I called and they said they are running behind. I called back at 6pm and they said maybe tomorrow. Too flaky and if they lie in their communication hen they more than likely will lie in their quotes. STAY AWAY!
