Kenny came when he said he would no delays. Next day delivery of a hot water heater. Installation was painless. Price good too! Followed up with an easy installation of water purification system I requested. Even took time to check a leaky shower for me. I would recommend Kenny and his son anytime no hesitation . I have used this company about 10 times in the last 8 years, for repairs and replacements on four houses in Lee County, Florida. Three of the houses were built in the '70's and the third in the '90's so repairs to the plumbing were naturally due from time to time. Their work is the best. They are responsive, efficient and polite. Their charges are reasonable. Their plumbers are patient and helpful. I have worked with five of their plumbers in the last 8 years. I never hesitate to call this company when I need plumbing services. I have never been disappointed.

Thank you for being there when nobody else was! West Coast Plumbing is fantastic! Beginning when I called the office all the way through identifying my repairs (within the day). Kenny showed up after Hurricane Ian to assess my problems. Kenny took care of my immediate plumbing problems as well as identified other areas that could be problematic. Wow, just wow! Despite experiencing damage from Hurricane Ian themselves, Viki scheduled Kenny to come out for an appointment. She was pleasant and I could tell she had a smile on her face over the phone. Kenny was thorough, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! West Coast Plumbing really lives up to the 'family-owned' business reputation, Best plumbers. I will never call anyone else.

This is for a high end investment property we have in Cape Coral. They replaced the hot water tank, after a call from my property manager, who improperly authorized the work... which is not their issue. However, they did an extremely poor/unsatisfactory job, possibly knowing that the work would not be inspected and approved by myself before they were paid. We are out of state investors, and have to hope contractors actually perform quality work. Work was done, that per code, requires a permit to be pulled, and then inspected by the city. They failed to pull the proper permit; the installation would have failed inspection for several reasons. After reviewing the work performed upon our arrival in Cape Coral, we contacted the office manager, and expressed our concerns. She requested photos, and a summary of the issue(s), and said she would call us back the next day, after discussing with the installer. However after one week, we had to call her back, and was stonewalled at this point, and they refused to rectify the situation.
