I have a brand new beautiful bathroom! Bobby Barrom, West Coast Plumbing started 2 1/2 weeks ago from start to finish, showed up daily without fail, clean, professional -- Bobby has great tradesmen working for him, he is hands on the project and I love my new bathroom. I have had some nightmare contractors in the past and know how important it is the have someone like Bobby in charge of the job. Hired him to do many small repair projects over the past 8 years so I didn't even go out to bid. Having someone you trust in your home is important. Wanted to post pictures but couldn't figure out how. Highly recommend.

Bobby is a licensed contractor, #974654 with the California Contractors State License Board, which already speaks highly on his reputation.

I had two estimates prior to his visit. The first company's estimate was shy of $500 which is conveniently priced for not having a contractor's license. The 2nd company was very knowledgeable & quoted $600+ but wanted to cut into my drywall (they had a drywall contractor to recommend for patching) to add my much needed gas line to our clothes dryer; they had a plumbing license.

I really appreciated how Bobby took his time on explaining what he could do for our gas line. I was so impressed that I had him take a gander at the low water pressure for one of our bathroom sinks. His price was beyond reasonable! We setup a good time for him to return and work on both problems which was done within an hour!

He had the laundry closet all hooked up and working; no problems. The water pressure for the bathroom sink is working very well now.

I was referred to Bobby from a friend on a Sunday after having a leak issue outside. He was there as promised on Monday to diagnose the problem. The quote he gave me seemed fair and he finished the job faster than he promised. Not once was there a communication issue nor anything I was unhappy about. This guy is a completely unreliable. Watch out, you may need to have the work he does done over again by a reliable plumbing house. Bobby did some re-pipe work in our home which was not done to code and had to be torn out and done over again. While working here Bobby cut off our outside water line and was never able to find it or fix it. Has answer was to cut the hose bib off.This company is highly incompetent. Be prepared to have his work done over again!!

Bobby is fantastic. We had a problem with our plumbing vibrating inside the walls. He was able to troubleshoot, and diagnose the problem in a short time and repaired it at a very fair and reasonable price. I would recommend him for any job big or small in the greater Orange County area.

FYI, he's also very responsive, and can text his arrival time and appointment set up.

Need an honest, reliable, knowledgeable plumber who's prices are fair and right? Look no further. I purchased a home in Laguna Niguel and my kitchen sink had a leaking pipe.
Obviously I couldn't use the sink until repaired ...and I had dinner guests coming that night...and it was Sunday. YIKES!!! I had this same issue twice before using two different plumbers and obviously, the problem was not successfully repaired. When I called the owner of West Coast Plumbing,Bobby Barrom, and explained my predicament he graciously agreed to come over right then, on a Sunday!!! He arrived promptly and found that the pipes were installed/pieced together incorrectly ! He explained the why of it and after my new education I instantly saw WHY the other plumbers failed. Bobby will be my ""go to plumber"" and I wish there were more than 5 stars to give him. I could not recommend him more highly. Plus he is a personable and really nice guy. You can't go wrong if you use his services.

One morning we woke up and turned on the hot water but nothing came out. Lo and behold, we discovered that our water heater had broken. We had just bought this house and during the inspection we knew that the water heater was very old and not expected to last. Luckily we had an association newsletter and found a local plumber who turned out to live very close by.

We called up Bobby Barrom and even though it was a holiday weekend, he came by immediately and gave us a quote, which turned out to be very reasonable. He removed the old water heater, and replaced it within one day!

We were so happy to find someone that is reasonable, reliable, and close by.

After the water heater was replaced, the faucet in the kitchen sink was not producing water, he let me know that sediment had probably accumulated in the tip of the faucet and all I had to do was remove it. He was right.
