Bobby is an excellent plumber. He and his team re-piped my house in Laguna Niguel. Bobby, Timmy, and Rony are respectful, hard-working and meticulous. Bobby has also replaced toilets, my garage disposal and shower cartridges. I highly recommend Bobby and his team at West Coast Plumbing.

I called Bobby a few weeks ago when I had a leak near my water heater. He came over right away and fixed the leak quickly. Because it did not take very long, he charged me NOTHING! I've had him do a couple of projects at my house (see my previous review from 8/26/20), and this showed that he appreciates me as a customer. Also, I called him recently with another plumbing issue and he gave me some advice over the phone and I was able to resolve the issue on my own. Other plumbers I have used in the past would have made a service call and charged me for it. Bobby takes customer service very seriously, and I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I had used Bobby a few years ago to help install some new bathroom fixtures in our home in Mission Viejo, so when we couldn't get our water heater to turn back on for the the last 2 days, Bobby was the first person I thought to call. He had me send him pictures of our water heater to see if it was worth fixing -- at first he thought we probably should just replace it as our heater is pretty old, but out of the goodness of his heart he gave me a call and walked my son and me through the process of trying to ignite the pilot light...and thanks to Bobby's specific and very patient instructions we were successful. Talk about good old-fashioned customer service on his time off. He just saved me $1400 for which I am very grateful. My son-in-law is the Director of Purchasing for a large property management company and he recommended Bobby to me after Bobby re-piped their home in Ladera Ranch. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I have a brand new beautiful bathroom! Bobby Barrom, West Coast Plumbing started 2 1/2 weeks ago from start to finish, showed up daily without fail, clean, professional -- Bobby has great tradesmen working for him, he is hands on the project and I love my new bathroom. I have had some nightmare contractors in the past and know how important it is the have someone like Bobby in charge of the job. Hired him to do many small repair projects over the past 8 years so I didn't even go out to bid. Having someone you trust in your home is important. Wanted to post pictures but couldn't figure out how. Highly recommend.

Bobby is a licensed contractor, #974654 with the California Contractors State License Board, which already speaks highly on his reputation.

I had two estimates prior to his visit. The first company's estimate was shy of $500 which is conveniently priced for not having a contractor's license. The 2nd company was very knowledgeable & quoted $600+ but wanted to cut into my drywall (they had a drywall contractor to recommend for patching) to add my much needed gas line to our clothes dryer; they had a plumbing license.

I really appreciated how Bobby took his time on explaining what he could do for our gas line. I was so impressed that I had him take a gander at the low water pressure for one of our bathroom sinks. His price was beyond reasonable! We setup a good time for him to return and work on both problems which was done within an hour!

He had the laundry closet all hooked up and working; no problems. The water pressure for the bathroom sink is working very well now.

I was referred to Bobby from a friend on a Sunday after having a leak issue outside. He was there as promised on Monday to diagnose the problem. The quote he gave me seemed fair and he finished the job faster than he promised. Not once was there a communication issue nor anything I was unhappy about. Highly recommend his work and his professionalism.

This guy is a completely unreliable. Watch out, you may need to have the work he does done over again by a reliable plumbing house. Bobby did some re-pipe work in our home which was not done to code and had to be torn out and done over again. While working here Bobby cut off our outside water line and was never able to find it or fix it. Has answer was to cut the hose bib off.This company is highly incompetent. Be prepared to have his work done over again!!
