Update: 03/25/2020: while I am sad to say I was super happy with their work. It turns out the owner Doug must be in cahoots with the HOA's in the area. While, I was told this was covered by the HOA and he very carefully worded he thoughts, I find out later it is not. My unit did not have the leak! It simply an easier access point! Be ware of sneaky wording and slime ball practices. THE INDIVIDUAL PLUMBERS ARE GREAT! Just not the Owner!!

We have a slab leak between my condo and the adjacent unit. Doug from West Coast Plumbers called me the night before just schedule a morning appointment to come out and look at the situation he came out promptly on time in fact I believe he was five or 10 minutes early he introduced himself and let me know what was gonna happen and we talked about who was to cover the cost of the slab repair he informed me that the H away was covering the expense as I already suspected. He let me know that his to Plumbers Mikey and Sean were going to be coming out between 11 and 12 to work on the unit he also let me know exactly what to expect for them to do and how long it was going to take. I have to say I was highly impressed with Mike and Sean not only were they well dressed, organized, And polite. They worked extremely well together as a team as a woman in the home by myself they make me feel at home and comfortable and that was huge. They were super respectful they cleaned as they went and let me what was going. They made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this company and these two plumbers!!! They even went out of their way to make sure my kitchen was clean!

I could not recommend West Coast Plumbing more! I have both business and personal experience with them. Doug is one of the most genuine, caring individuals who takes pride in customer service. All of his guys who I've met (Mikey, John, and Shawn) have been very friendly and professional. They were able to fix a water heater leak for me (on a holiday) quickly and saved an entire replacement. Several of my homeowner association clients use West Coast and they are always quick to respond and correct the problem at a fair price. They are a pleasure to work with! Had my water heater burst over the weekend and when the guys from West Coast came to install the new one on Monday, they were prompt, professional and informative. It was hotter than most days on the East End of Ventura and they had a small outdoor space to work with. I'm super thankful they were able to fit us in on such short notice, especially since we have a fussy 8-month old at home that needs a warm bath ASAP! Big thanks to the two guys who showed up: Sean & Anthony and Lindsey who communicated an exact ETA with me via text message. West Coast Plumbing will be getting my plumbing business from here on out due to a perfect experience. Thanks for coming to our rescue!

They are rude and somehow have a monopoly with Buenaventura gardens they don't answer the phone! Not even a voicemail I don't want to call them but have to or I have to pay. I will be sending a letter because my first complaint wasn't heard

Patrick and his assistant came over and assessed my 2 toilet issues. We were having very low pull and my wife was not happy. She wanted to simply have new toilets put in. But I wanted to first see if we could clear the line... They showed up on time, they were very helpful and worked to see if we could avoid getting the new toilets... After seeing what they were doing, it was very clear that my 1980's toilets were not going to work any longer. They went and picked up 2 new toilets and had them installed, the job was done before lunch! I really appreciated their efforts and time. Will certainly call them again if other plumbing issues arise.

These people are such a joke. They take about 2-3 HOURS to attend an urgent call. You call them for a status and they keep saying 30 minutes. They don't care about other people's water problems. They only reason why I have to call them is because my apartment complex has some kind of contract so they can assist our apartment complex. They are ALWAYS working on ""pipes"" around here, leaving us with no water all day. They are by far the WORSE plumbing company I have ever come across. I am going to do my best so the HOA in my complex gets another company more professional and is willing to assist the tenants in a timely manner.

I dread having workers in my condo. All too many times, someone comes in to fix one thing, but breaks another...or leaves a dreadful mess along with the invoice. This couldn't be further from the truth with West Coast Plumbing.

I've had West Coast Plumbing in my condo on several occasions to address toilet, sink, and water heater issues. They not only resolve the problem promptly and professionally, but are also extremely pleasant to work with. Each time I've called them out, they've arrived when they said they would, with all the necessary parts on the truck, and left with the job completely finished. When they encounter unexpected situations like odd plumbing configurations, they troubleshoot it calmly and effectively. They always take care to explain exactly what they're doing and what your options are, and will even explain it in different ways if they sense you're not really understanding it. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, these aren't your typical plumbers. They treat your home like it was their own, talk to each other politely and respectfully, and leave the place looking better than when they arrived.

So far, all of their recommendations have been good ones and their work has stood the test of time. I strongly recommend them.

The owner Doug had a bad attitude when I tried to question him about the charges. I believe he was trying to overcharge me. Then he told me to go somewhere else. After second phone call after getting him to come down a little he told me to never call them again. Wow, really. I'm not a difficult customer at all but this was wrong. On one bright note the plumber they sent was super nice and very professional.

These guys have been replacing a sewer line behind our apartment complex for over two weeks. They hang up signs telling residents they cannot park in their spaces because they need to tear up the ground. Then they don't show up for days. Then they show up unannounced and tell you to move your car, or otherwise they ""might"" get concrete on it. They left a 7"" ditch in the middle of the parking lot and did nothing about it until complaints were lodged. They caused water damage in a tenant's garage... The list goes on and on.

Just call someone else. You'll be better off.
