I don't usually write reviews but I was surprised with the service that I received. Upon arrival, Chase was able to ask me about what was going on, his character showed a lot of enthusiasm and pride in the work that he does, as he sounded like he really cared about my situation. Chase, without hesitation, offer me a repair price and a replacement price. He explained to me that my water heater was very old, and it wouldn't make sense to put money into something that is going to fail in the future. Chase explained very thoroughly the value of a new water heater and was able to get it replaced that same day!! My wife was very happy that she was able to take a hot shower. Do you know what they say Happy wife, happy life. Very good and professional experience. I truly recommend to others.

Had a major backup coming from my upstairs toilet. I'd say I'm a man with a pretty strong stomach but whatever my kids had that day for lunch turned out to be way worse than I have ever experienced. Chase from west coast plumbing is by far the best plumber I've ever had in my house. He diagnosed serious plumbing issues regarding old pipes under my house that were causing my clogged toilet and sink issues. Everytime I flushed the toilet, water would leak out the bottom. He replaced pipes under the house, new toilet, and new sinks. He is the best. I would never ever call any other plumber but Chase. Most importantly he is hot and easy on the eyes
