Hit or miss, while they may be able to accomplish some of the work, the costs of their work and the rates they charge are excessive.

Highly costly rates based on this magical book where they have all these prices that are incredible prices per hour, but then they just smile and say, ""But it's in the book."" I would suggest you look elsewhere. The family and friends they've talked into pretty five-star reviews, none of them actually talk about price and good value. In every case, work that needs to be done, get three credible quotes, and you'll see how ridiculous this place is once you compare them against competent alternatives.
