He went above and beyond to repair a major pipe burst and flooded my house. He answered all my questions, was compassionate and honest!! We came back from our vacation on Saturday and that night we realized that our Air was not regulating. I called West Coast and they said that Monday they could get someone out. Then an hour later Vanessa called me back to say that they had a cancellation and they could come out tomorrow morning which was great. Wayne came out cleaned it out and thought it was good. Later on the air wasn't regulating again. Wayne came back around 5p to discover our compressor was not working in one of our units. He sent through a quote the next morning to repair it which was more than replacing it with a new one. We scheduled a new one to be installed on Friday. Wayne was here on time. He and Grant worked so hard in this 118 degree heat. They had it done in 5 hours. Wayne explained everything to me about what he was doing. He was so nice, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. We only use West Coast for our Air and plumbing. They are the best. We had calls other companies in the past and went with West Coast because they weren't lying to us. So refreshing. Michelle the owner is a great business woman.

These guys are great! Our house had an old, poorly maintained AC unit when we moved in and it finally croaked.
Jerry came out, got us set up with a brand new system and went out of his way to make additional improvements to help the new system last as long as possible. He knocked down a wall that was starving the condenser for air (I guess the previous owners didn't want the AC unit visible for some reason) and opened up a much larger air intake register in the wall so the new system can pull in more air.
The house is cooler than it's ever been and we're thrilled with everything Jerry did.

Jerry from West Coast Plumbing and Air is the definition of Custer service. He came out after George Brazil literally tried to scam us into shotgun replacing parts to try and fix our heating issue and cost us THOUSANDS. Jerry came out to give us a second opinion and was upfront about what we would likely need. In the end it took a simple replacement of the tstat. Over the several days we were having issues Jerry reached out to make sure we were good. ?When this unit eventually breaks down we will be requesting Jerry by name. West coast P&A hired a quality employee.
