Jon and his crew were amazing. They did heavy work and fixed the water main, replaced a water main valve and returned the work area outside exactly like it was prior to the work.
They also listened to my mom's concerns and requests and made sure to make her feel secure. They did not leave until they made sure that the house plumbing was all working well.
The cost was extremely fair for the amount of work involved. They were communicative, prompt, friendly and efficient.
Their work was solid and top notch.
We have found our ""go to"" plumbing company for good.

We recently got a house in Big Bear and for few months we tried to find a plumber to repair two outside faucets, during the end of the week. Some don't work in weekends, others think the job is too small etc....
West Coast Pipework office booked an appointment immediately over the phone at our desired time, we received a confirmation text in the next 10 min , John showed up at estimated time and did a great job at a fair price.

West Coast Pipeworks is my go to for all my plumbing and heating needs. The entire staff is responsive, efficient and reliable. I've used WCPW for several years now and they have always performed flawlessly at a reasonable price. Jon and his staff have installed a forced heat unit in my cabin, replaced a seized stop waste valve at my home and just yesterday, unfroze water lines for me. Solid company that won't let you down!

These guys are amazing. They have helped me out in multiple binds. Weather a sink broke an hour before a guest arrived, or getting hvac work done. I have used them for everything . Plumbing repairs, Heating replacement, AC install, tankless water heater, washer and dryer plumbing/set up. They rock Rex one d 100% Probably one of the last few honest business! Thank you !

most of big bear business owner in big bear not answer the phone or take your money and run . John and his wife ( answer my phone and text right way ) and showing up on time , get job done right than send you a bill after job done , I need call them to pay my bill not like others , paid never come back or thousand of Excuses after take your money . I used him 3 times all great that's why I write this review .

We were desperate on a Saturday with a clogged main sewer line. We just moved in and this happens. We called every plumber in the valley. Nobody responded. We left a message with John at West Coast. He got back to us shortly and came to our house. He found our buried cleanout and promptly cleared our line. He stated that our cleanout wasn't very good and we would have future problems. He is returning Monday to install a better, more functioning cleanout. John saved the day. What a great service. And kudos to mike his assistant. We highly recommend this plumber.
