Lorin was great to work with. He is really great at what he does. If you have a leak or need a replacement, or even some troubleshooting he is your guy. My water heater was old, leaking and definitely needed replacing. I called on a Thursday and he was at my house Friday the next day ready to haul and install. It was the best and quickest service I have ever received. Great guy, great company. If you are having troubles with your water heater or just want to upgrade call them.

After 21 years, my old GE water heater had enough. Started leaking from the top. After doing some research and asking family members, we were referred to West Coast Leak Detection. Lorin helped us out with all the prices and equipment, quoted us over the phone and the next day came to install.
Showed up right a 9 am to start working. After removing the old one (and luckily a junk removal guy saw it and picked it up!) he got to work installing and explaining how the new water heaters work, and how the difference between tankless and tank.
Since I had a professional plumber present, I asked him if he could take a look at some minor issues around. With pleasure he said ""let's got take a look"" so we did. Again explaining to me what was causing the problem and how to fix. I said I'd prefer to pay a professional like he, so we talked about some future projects with quotes.
Whole install time took about 3 hours. It would have taken me 3 weeks.
After he was finished with the actual install, he actually broke down what exactly he did on the receipt. Fair, clear and concise, awesome personality...

I was in a real panic when I set out to find a plumber. On a Thursday afternoon, a pipe broke in my master bath, (toilet). Finally I was able to shut off the main water. I had a drying company come contain the situation, however all water was off. I was to exhausted to deal with a plumber that night. A friend suggested WCLD.
