Stephen did a great job replacing my air gap. I had another company take a look and they said it was fine, but I had a feeling something was wrong since our dishwasher wasn't working properly.

Stephen came and noticed that the tube for the air gap was actually too short and needed to be replaced. It was filled with black gunk that I am thankful to not be breathing in anymore now that Stephen replaced it with all brand new parts. His attention to detail is much appreciated.

He also arrived on time, was thorough and explaining everything to me, and honest and fair with his pricing. I definitely will be using them for any future problems.

He had his worker, Jimmy, out to my house first thing the next morning. Jimmy was friendly and professional and showed me where the clog was as well as how to prevent and potentially resolve the issue on my own in the future. I would definitely use this company again when I need service.

We heard a hissing sound in our guest bathroom, which turned out to be a leaky pipe in the wall, leading to water damage on our hardwood floor in the main bedroom, as well as dampness/mold in our cabinet. Of course this happened on Labor Day! West Coast Drains responded in minutes to my Yelp request, even going above and beyond suggesting that I shut off the water outside of the house to prevent further damage. I wasn't sure I would hear back on a holiday? Not only did I hear back quickly but they had a technician come within the hour and the problem was fixed within 2 hours. We still made it to our Labor Day BBQ! We also thought the price might be exorbitant on a holiday but it was very reasonable! I highly recommend this company! Huge thanks!

We needed our sink unclogged ASAP and Steven was there in a timely matter to fix it for us. He was very helpful and friendly, he got the job done in no time. I like that he wore booties over his shoes instead of walking all over our house with his boots and he insisted on helping us clean up the mess under the sink. My tankless water heater went out and I called Steven to help me. He was very responsive throughout the process and was on top of it. Came by and replaced my water heater immediately. He tried to save us some money by using the same fittings from before. Unfortunately, we had a small leak. Without hesitation, they came back and quickly realized the problem were the old fittings and did the work at no extra charge (just the cost of the fittings). Yes there was a leak and people can get up in arms that it happened. What I appreciate was the communication and customer service. I think through that, it showed the true culture and character of these guys at West Coast Drains and Plumbing. I'm getting a water softener installed in the near future and I will definitely be giving these guys a call. They've earned my business.
