I used a half day of vacation time to be home for the scheduled service call of 2pm - 4pm, the plumber showed up at 7:15pm. Who is going to start a job that will take a couple hours that late in the day? I wasn't happy, but he was here and I wanted to get the leak fixed. He examined the kitchen ceiling and then the upstairs bathroom and found no obvious source of the leak. When we returned to the kitchen I expected him to tell me how he was going to begin. Instead, he shocked me when he announced that he could not help me because he is NOT A PLUMBER, he is a HVAC technician! Why did the Wesley Wood dispatcher send a HVAC repairman to fix a leak coming from my ceiling? He told me it is not the first time the dispatcher sent him to a plumbing job. If that is the case, why is she still working there? A relative? I wasted 4 hours of vacation time and still have the leak. He asked me if I wanted to be put on the schedule for tomorrow, I said no thanks. I want a company that will show up on time and send the right person for the job. Check all of their bad reviews on Google, etc.

Am very pleased with the service I received from Sean, the Wesley Wood technician. In conjunction with our annual air conditioner service we were having a problem with one of our systems. In a very courteous, thorough and professional way Sean completed the service and accurately diagnosed our AC problem. He then ordered the needed part and returned to complete the repair. Always he was respectful of our property. I am very impressed with the responsiveness of Wesley Wood in general. Needless to say, I will continue to use them for all of our heating and air service.

Wesley Wood technicians are always on time, courteous and thorough. We had very bad experiences with previous HVAC contractors and only good experiences since switching to Wesley a Wood.

5/31/2016
I received coupon from Wesley Wood HVAC in West Chester PA a couple of weeks ago for a AC tune-up for $89 (two-for-one) I declined the (two-for-one) so they offered me a one-time tune-up for $79. I accepted and scheduled for 5/31/2016 between 10am and 12pm. My daughter waited for the service man and when I returned, no one show up and no one CALLED!
I called WW and they apologized because they had emergencies and did not get around calling me! The unprofessional customer support person said they could reschedule me for Friday June 3rd between 12pm and 2pm. After she hung-up on me once, I asked to speak to her manager and she put him on. He gave me the same lame story, and said it was probably in a queue they do not look at often. Furthermore, he had the gall to tell me that they sent someone out in 2011 and 2012 and none one was home. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT A PHONE IS; MOREOVER, DOES ANYONE AT WW KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE!
When he told me about no one being home in 2011 and 2012, I told him that my wife and I were very reluctant to take the 2016 offer because no one communicated with us in 2011 and 2012 and he said, ""I can't speak to that because I wasn't here"".
In my opinion, Wesley Wood HVAC is the worst run organization for service and customer service I have ever encountered.
I give them a FIVE THUMBS DOWN!

I have a service contract with this company and for that, they do a an HVAC system examination 2x/year. Years ago they'd send inexperienced techs out and we dealt with them forgetting to turn the system back on, setting everything to A/C in the winter so the heat didn't turn on, necessitating a 1am service call where the repair guy realized the tech made an error and didn't charge us for the call. I completely gave up on them for years but our system is now 11 years old and having problems every season so I signed up for their service plan again (when we bought the house, new, they installed the HVAC). Our A/C stopped working last night, I called for service, got a 4-6pm appointment time. It's 8pm and they're a no-show and I haven't heard a thing from Wesley Wood. I called their number, held for 15 minutes while the operator ""looked into the issue"" then was disconnected. I called back 2 more times, each time waiting 10 minutes in addition to leaving a VM. This company is terrible and I would never trust them to replace my HVAC or do an intensive repair.

Additional info.: Steve, a tech from WW called me around 8:30pm and offered to come out at 10:30pm. I told him I'd call the office the next day to schedule service during regular hours. I called the next morning (why did I have to call them? Why didn't they call me to explain the no show, respond to my VM and get me on the schedule?) The operator said, ""Let me see if we can squeeze you in."" ""Squeeze me in!? The operator was clueless. HOWEVER, things got better when Steve showed up. He was very professional, pleasant and fixed our AC within an hour of arrival. Steve was fantastic and made me reconsider my initial review.

WW/Service Experts came out to our home for our contracted bi-annual HVAC Spring servicing.

We were told that we had a cracked heat exchanger on our furnace and CO2 could leak. The tech recommended we should replace our ENTIRE HVAC system and quoted a price of $10,000-$12,000 BUCKS!! Then he recommended Lennox(WHICH OWNS WW/SERVICE EXPERTS)!!!

As the technician left, he turned off the gas line to our furnace which we requested he turn back on. No proof was provided of a crack using a camera/monitor that can magnify the exchanger to reveal the crack,,, nor was any CO2 reading taken. The technician left with only his word for us to go on and of course a lovely $300 bill for servicing our system.

An hour later, a SALES REP from WW calls us to see if we'd like to have them come out and do an estimate for a new HVAC system!! We declined and promptly made an appointment to have a 2nd opinion to assess the matter by another local HVAC competitor.

The 2nd company came out, ran a diagnostic of the heat exchanger with a camera and found NO CRACKS!!! Additionally our Carrier furnace has a 20 year warranty on the exchanger and if indeed had been cracked would have been replaced under warranty and only labor costs incurred(Wesley Wood of course failed to mention that as well)!! NICE GUYS!!

To make a long story short,,,beware of this fear and deception approach they use to drum up sales on HVAC systems. GET A 2ND OPINION!!!

And we've cancelled our annual service contract and will be using another company.

TO DATE no response from WW in regards to the complaint we filed with them and the BBB and Angie's List!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

I am amending a review that I gave of Wesley Wood just two months ago. At the time, I gave them very poor ratings for a job that I felt was not done correctly in the spring of 2014. Over the past year and half, WW was at my home maybe 15 or so times to resolve a few issues. It was very frustrating. But during that time, a new manager came on board. Gary Watts promised me that he was going to see the job through and make sure that things were corrected. He did just that. Gary was attentive, determined and very flexible. He understood our concerns, and he made sure that we were taken care of. As of right now, our system is working and we are happy with it. Gary's a major asset to WW. Thanks, Gary!

On an annual maintenance visit, Adam was courteous and helpful in answering questions about some heating solutions in addition to providing maintenance service at this visit. He also made an effort to keep floors and rugs clean on a rainy day. Lastly, he went out of his way to check my sump backup battery which was not the purpose of the trip at no charge. Very positive impression...
