The guys sent out were always respectful of our time, the costs were as estimated and within reason, and the response time was fast. The best thing is that, several times, the owner told me NOT to get things done or repaired when it was not needed...that doesn't happen a lot these days.

Philip D.Wes Plumbing installed a new septic system for us which failed the first winter due to pipes not draining out. They blamed the problem on us. They charged us $300 to unfreeze it 2 times. We had to find a way to correct the this issue on our own. From our experience, their warranty didn't have any value.
